Coming from an Indian state renowned for its creativity and art, I have often had the pleasure to meet artisans and makers in my life till date. As described on their Kickstarter page, “We pay our artisans a fair price up front for their work. We also provide them interest free loans that can be paid back over time through purchase orders. This has meant new roofs on houses, new equipment for the workshop and other impactful investments that would have been out of reach.”
