A juxtaposition between old and new, the KonfuziLUX takes the form of the modern light bulb and uses it as an oil lamp. Symbolizing inventiveness, a spark of an idea and of inspiration, the archetypal form of the light bulb is recognizable and iconic. While expecting a bulb to shine bright from electric current, this lamp instead uses fire. A blown glass form rests in a brushed aluminum stand and provides warm and inviting light. Emotionally charged and inviting, the fire adds character to any environment.
