Introducing the Gadget Flow Dashboard

Today we’re thrilled to announce the launch of the first version of our Dashboard. It was our customers who inspired us to take this step forward and come up with a solution that makes our entire promotional process more transparent and streamlined. ?

As a matter of fact, checking stats has always been a bit complicated for all the promotional activities we do for our customers. There are tons of apps we use for keeping a tab on those stats, but with the Gadget Flow Dashboard, things will finally be simple. It’s exactly what a dashboard should be like – one place for complete data visualization. From submitting your product to checking metrics, the Gadget Flow Dashboard does it in a simpler way.

What Is the Gadget Flow Dashboard Really?

Well, if we have to sum it up in a sentence, we would say that it’s a single place where you will be able to use the Gadget Flow services in a more convenient way. If you have already been one of our customers, you will know how much we communicate, back and forth. The Dashboard simplifies the whole process and makes it more automatic and professional at the same time. For us, it’s fewer emails! For you, it’s a whole new experience.

What Can You Do with the Dashboard?

So, if you are wondering as to how you can make use of this brand new feature, let us show you the way. You can use the Dashboard to:

– Check your submission stage (Pending Review, Pending Approval and Published)

– Upgrade your plan whenever necessary

– Check the statistics of all your ongoing and previous campaigns at a glance

– If you have a crowdfunding campaign, you can check the number of pledges you got through the Gadget Flow

– Monitor and create your support tickets

– Have a look at your promotional timeline and the campaign progress

Now, coming to the details of those features, here’s what you can expect from the Dashboard feature.

1. Streamlined Submission Process

Up until today, we have had to exchange a lot of emails (a lot!) with our customers to complete the submission process. But with the Dashboard, things will finally be as simple as they’re supposed to be. You submit your product or project through our platform, and the Dashboard starts working for you right away. Simple tags like “Pending Review,” “Pending Approval” and “Published” will replace all those emails we’ve had to keep sending.

2. Upgrade Your Plan

If your campaign is going well and you wish to upgrade to a higher plan, the Dashboard lets you do so with a couple clicks. Previously, you had to email us and go through a more complicated process to get the upgrade done. But now with the Dashboard, you can finally do it all in a jiffy.

3. Check All Stats from One Place

Metrics are essential, and we understand their importance. So, one of our primary concerns when launching the Dashboard was to make those metrics available in a more user-friendly way. You will get to see all the clicks your listing has received from our platform, as well as individual traffic sources (coming soon), under one roof. Even if you have submitted multiple products on the Gadget Flow, checking the metrics for all of them won’t be much trouble any more.

4. Check for Direct Pledges 

We have partnered with Kickbooster to give you a detailed analysis of the number of pledges you receive through the Gadget Flow. This makes the entire service more transparent and trustworthy for you. This feature will be available later this summer.

5. Support Tickets

We understand the value of personal communication over automation. So, we made it easy for you to monitor all your support tickets within your dashboard.

6. Promotional Timeline

We have been getting a lot of questions on the promotional timeline progress from our customers. This made us think of making it more transparent for you. Now, you will be able to see how much progress has been made from our end and learn about the activities that have been done or are yet to be done. This feature will be available later this summer.
