The company is currently accepting pre-orders for the Smartbag on Kickstarter. Priced at $109 (retail value $199), the Super Early Bird Special package is a starter kit that lets you convert an existing bag into a smart one. There are also discounted tiers available for a woman’s handbag (tote, shopper or baguette) and a messenger bag version.

Choosing the stand-alone bag options will allow you to customize your own bag using a robust online builder. All of the pieces are made out of quality leather, composed of full grain, tumbled, calfskin leather trim- resulting in an extremely sturdy, lightweight bag.
