267 Million Facebook Users’ Data Has Been Supposedly Leaked

Comparitech and security researcher Bob Diachenko found a database of 267 million Facebook users' data that was left exposed online without password-protected access. These consist of user IDs, phone numbers, and names of mostly US-based users.

Facebook is Building Its Own Operating System

Considering the fact that Facebook is now associated with hardware products like Oculus and its augmented reality glasses, it would like to design its own operating system in the near future. Facebook’s VP of Hardware, Andrew ‘Boz’ Bosworth said, “We really want to make sure the next generation has space for us. We don’t think we can trust the marketplace or competitors to ensure that’s the case. And so we’re gonna do it ourselves.”
