The updated cardio tracker can estimate your VO2 max — key to everyone now training for the 2021 Olympics — it’s ready for sleep tracking and the Wellness App can track your workouts while using half as much battery energy. The Gen 5 watches are available now on Fossil’s website or Amazon for $295, and the software update is scheduled to start going out on August 19th. [via Engadget]

Canon recently teased a few more video specs on the Canon EOS R5, which confirm that the R5 will break new ground for mirrorless cameras. One of the most interesting details is that the EOS R5 can shoot 4K video at up to 120fps, making it a potentially great option for shooting high-quality slo-mo footage. That mode has only previously been available on professional Cinema EOS cameras like the C200.
