Samsung Unpacked 2020 came with five new devices, including the Z Fold2 5G

Like every other major tech event, Samsung Unpacked 2020 was also entirely digital this year. Besides the Note20 and Note20 Ultra 5G, the show also introduced us to five devices from the Galaxy ecosystem. These include the Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Watch3, Galaxy Buds Live, and the Galaxy Tab S7.

The teaser video from Samsung on the Unpacked event coming up on August 05 dropped today. It shows off silhouettes of the five devices in question. Based on the guesses by Engadget, these could be the Galaxy Tab S7Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Watch 3, a new Galaxy Fold, and the Galaxy Note 20.

As reported by The Verge, Samsung’s new Galaxy A71 5G UW is launching on July 16th. At $649, it will be the most affordable way to access Verizon’s 5G millimeter-wave network. 

New leaks released for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and S20 Ultra

As reported by Engadget, OnLeaks and Pigtou have posted leak-based renders for the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20+ (above) that hint at a few clear similarities to the Galaxy S20 family. For one, big screens are the order of the day. The Note 20+ will reportedly have a 6.9-inch screen like the S20 Ultra, while even the ‘regular’ Note 20 would boast a 6.7-inch display — if accurate, Samsung may have ditched the compact Galaxy Note this time around.

Samsung is working on a phone with a pop-up camera

As reported by Engadget, well-known leaker OnLeaks and Pigtou have posted renders of what they say is an upcoming Samsung phone (likely in the Galaxy A series) with a pop-up front facing camera. Many details are still unknown, although the back makes clear that it’s a budget device between the conventional fingerprint reader (no under-display tech here) and a conventional-looking trio of rear cameras.
