Skype for Web launched with limited compatibility

The app allows users to access the functions of Skype without the use of the standalone app. However, it’s only available for Chrome and Edge, meaning it doesn’t work for Safari, Firefox, Opera, and many others. It also comes with interface updates, HD video calling, and more.

Philly first US city to ban cashless stores

A new law in Philadelphia requires all stores to accept cash for transactions. Cashierless stores, such as Amazon Go, may be in jeopardy. The law goes into effect on July 1st and stores that violate the law can be fined up to $2,000.
