Sadly last week the first micro-usb cable broke...
ok you can say almost 2 years is good...but since it has always been carried in a puch by the side of an extra battery and used only when outdoors, there hasn't been enough stress for the cable to not withstand any hard treatings...
sadly it was my favourite pink one ;-)
if you can provide me with a new one, or two...I'd be just happy enough.... cheers and keep coming...

2nd cable failed this week, so both cables ordered have now failed, replacement offered when first one failed never arrived. not surprised. Rubbish

No issues with my cable can be bent with no problem no cracking or fraying it works perfect thank you to this company you guys made an awesome product . Bendy usb v2 I hope will be in the near future

These are the only cables that still work, I ordered one expencive long cable and it stoped working, so now I am charging my ipad with these small cables, great for my desk, both work great!

I now give up with these cables. I ordered 4 in total. A green pink white and orange one. All of them have been replaced apart from the orange one and I go to use the green cable today and would you believe it, this cable is not supported so I going to accept cutting my losses at this point.

Just like to say bendy cables working brilliantly, what a great product and an excellent buying experience. Just wish your company had produced the Mamba Cable that I also backed they seem to have gone bust and I have a failed cable. Anyway you guys keep up the excellent work.

Got one lightning cable, and really love the project, I have no interest about getting my money back.
Unfortunatelly, most of the times I connect my Bendy to charge my iPhone, i got a message saying the acessory is not compatible. When it doesn't, it takes forever to charge it, even when I leave the phone on Airplane Mode

Hi Elles: I fixed the wording. It's just $3.99 shipping for 2 micro usb cables. As for the longer cables, we're working very hard on them. We have the 15 inch Micro for sale as you know. The priority right now is to get the 1 meter(3 foot) working for both the Micro and Lightning. It's a very difficult cable to make to ensure it's working properly. I promise it's a high priority and we're hoping to launch it in late Summer or early Fall.

Hi, one of my pink cable broke (came off-lightning cable side) after just a few times of normal use. I bought 2 cables (Pink & L-Blue). I didn't open other one (L-blue) yet... Hopefully it won't break that one too. How can I get a replacement?

Hi, I loved your product and used it all the time but now after, what about 2 months usage, it appears as if one of the wires have fractured, as it will only work if held in a particular way, - if I move the bendy, even slightly it stops working.
But I do love the product - is there any way I can order a replacement (I live in the uk)? Many thanks
