How's it going with the new back?
Hello team, this is absolutely a great project! When do we expect to receive the survey and submit our special request if there is any?
@itrstudio thanks for the response back! Will be sure to message you when the survey is out! :D Cheers, LM
ITR Studio
@LOUVEMACHINE When we send out the survey, you can leave a note about the request, and we will handle it for you. ;) @Saiyan I've sent you a message to address your request. @Alejandro Mery Thanks! @You can add another external strap to your order after the campaign ends when we send out the survey adding for more information like your shipping address, the pledge level you pick and what you want to add to your original order. I will send out within this month so stay tuned for that. ;)

Hey ITR studio,
Wanted to add the external strap system, but not sure how now that the campaign is ended, please advise?
Alejandro Mery
Lucky I found this project an hour before it ended! Super excited! I just have two questions: 1) Since the backpack straps are removable, would it be possible to get a different add on strap? I was hoping there would be a more sleek and simple option with no pockets and leather-maybe a plain black strap 2) For the fidlock water bottle, is the magnet specific only to that water bottle? Can you use the magnets for a hydroflask instead? Thanks!
Query; with regards to the highest pledge package (the one of each) is there anyway to have the option to substitute the water bottle for another photography module? I like the idea but the use for me is zero. :D Keep up the good work and keep innovating! Cheers, LM

Hi 志豪, thank you for your suggestion on the back of the backpack. We've added thicker padding so the middle section on the back can now act as an air channel for air-circulation. A net can probably add as an add-on and can take away when the user doesn't need it. About the camera module, you can add another one to the super combo by adding HKD340 to your pledge amount. At this moment we are bearly meeting the MOQ for one color of this fabric. In the future, we might probably to find the same material in another color. The material of the modules is also waterproof, the only part that is not waterproof is the zipper. About adding waterproof zippers to the modules, we can do that if we can lower the cost of making these modules, typically waterproof zippers is 3-5 times more expensive then regular zipper, especially for YKK. We will definitely look into that and keep everyone updated.
Possible to make those module (camera module may be?) can be taken out and bulk up the strap as sling bag be with little rain/waterproof so when we bring this out can avoid things inside the module be wet before put back the module back into the backpack?
1. we as 'early bird super combo' backer, why there is only 1 camera module and the photographer could have 2 camera module? 2. Possible to have other color for the backpack?
I am from Macau (1 hour ferry from Hong Kong) where is also a sub-tropical region It is a greatest bag i ever seen but there is 1 concern. If treating this as all-in-one backpack, the surface where in-touching back of human body need to improve to with air-circulation system. Now i can see the back part of the this bag is almost total flat which moisture/hot air can't go away. If most ideal, it could be redesign the back part like the other packback for hiking. I suggest you can add a net as the surface in-touching with human body. The back part of the backpack needed to be curve so there is space for the 'net' and the back part of backpack, then hot air gone

Hi PH, Thank you for the suggestion. We actually will use a lower value (keep it under €150) for shipping to avoid any tax charged by the custom. I hope it could help. ;) Hi Russell, Thank you for your suggestion. As I mentioned in before we are making prototypes of different modules and one of the aspects we want to cover is travel. We are going to come up with more modules soon, so stay tuned! Hi Provis, thanks for your suggestion! There are lots of ways to make the bag lighter, and we will definitely look into it. ;)
I just found out, 1.4 kg! Possible to make it lighter? 1kg or less would be perfect. Add oil, Team!
What is the weight of the bag when empty?
Russell Wong
Also I just watched the Willie Morris video, and you might want to consider having the same sealing on the zips on the backpack and on the modules as well so they will not have water leak in when used on their own.
Russell Wong
First of all, love your bag design! I want to ask if you'll be designing any new modules in the future? I'm only asking this because I wanted to know if you have any plans to make a "Packing cube" module? I reckon this would be great to use as a one bag travel bag as well and a packing cube module would really help in conjunction with the suit carry module for travelling.
One last thing I would like to ask if you have any plans for a cover for the magnets within the bag? If I wanted to use the bag without any modules I would like a cover to cover up the magnetic points so it would make the bag flat on the inside instead of "small bumps" so it would not interfere with other objects.
EU Hub? Those**
Hi Guys , I loved the idea and I’m completely sold out :) but since I’ll be importing it to Germany it’s 100% sure that I’ll have to pay extra 20% over the 380€ I’m already paying for an all-in pledge... Is there anyway to ease this charge ? Or any chance to send the pledges from an EU Hub those extra 76€ makes the price of the back really steepy

Hi Darren, thank you for your feedback on the leather. We are actually looking into reducing the amount of leather used in our product as we speak. The leather used in the One backpack is to reinforce the common breakpoints of a regular backpack, the replacement material needs to be very durable, not easy to tear apart and has good touch feeling. We will keep exploring, and if we find a material that is good enough, we will let everyone know. ;) Hi Farhan, The updated waist strap is adjustable and can expend even more than the previous version. And you are actually reading my mind on being able to compress some of the modules to make it smaller if you want to. Since we launched the One backpack, we notice people tend to use it to carry as many as possible for a short trip. That's mean a small place for everything. Being able to compress some of the modules will allow users to do that. We will also consider your suggestion on add straps to the camera module. ;)
Farhan Hashim
Oh yeah maybe also if possible to add 2 cinch straps underneath each camera module. So people who have a gorilla pod or a smaller table top tripod can be cinch to the module below when we are carrying the module as an individual bag. Just my thoughts.
Farhan Hashim
Hi, may i know what is the internal dimensions of the camera module? Also the length of the waist strap? As i am a fat person (55 inch belly. Hahahaha) . Also it would be great if we can have a less rigid module (something like the shoebag fabric) with external compression straps so we can just bring our camera gear in the camera module and one or maybe two set of extra clothes (thus the compression straps) in the less rigid module with the straps. So we can just bring this carry on bag for short travels. Can't wait for this.

Hi! I’ve backed one of the combo plus and i’m wondering if there’s a possibility to have an alternate design that does not have leather enforcements? I’m from Singapore and the weather is really humid here. Leather products tend to peel and get flaky quite easily and I wouldn’t want that to happen to this wonderful product!
ITR Studio
Hi Nastassja, Yes there will there another update base on the design, some of them will base on the feedback we receive from the last update. ;)
Will there be further updates to the bag design after the first update, before the end of the campaign?
ITR Studio
Hi @mme, I've replied you via positive messages. Thank you ;)
mme regamey paola
Hello, i also wanted to add the sport module but didn't know how to do it. Is it possible? And there seem to bean attachment point for peak design capture on the camera module. can you tell me exactly what model of peak design capture i should by (capture or capture pro) and if it works with a leica q. Thank you and i'm quite excited to see and receive this bag!
ITR Studio
Hi @Darius, the sling module can hold a 10.5 inches iPad Pro. You can put the 12.9 inches iPad Pro in the Laptop compartment. The hidden shoulder strap feature will be included in the next product update. And we will show that to everything as soon as it's ready. ;)
Darius Audryc
Hi, just wondering whether the sling module can fit an Ipad Pro (12.9 inches)? And if I want to carry it like a briefcase, is there a way to put the bag strap neat, so it's not dangling all over the place? Thanks.
Darius Audryc
Done updating my pledge! Thank you so much for your speedy respond! Really excited with what you guys are doing, looking forward for your success story!
ITR Studio
Hi @Darius, thank you for your support! All add-on items are free shipping, that's mean the second Super Combos will be free shipping. So for the External strap, you only have to add HKD223 - HKD116 = HKD107 to the pledge amount. We are going to drop a note to your pledge, so we know you bought two super combo, we will also send out a survey after the campaign end and ask for order information. Thank you!
Darius Audryc
Hi, I just backed super combo early bird, but I'm hoping to get two super combos rather than only one. So I pledged HK$5632 to Singapore (with HK$116 counted twice). Well, I want to get the clarification that ITR studio will be aware that I'm expecting two super combo. And I also want to know whether the delivery price can be counted once or is it double? Another point, if I want to add the external strap for a tripod, how much should I add? The calculator doesn't have super combo option. Thank you.
ITR Studio
Hi @Nastassja, thank you for your suggestion. We will look into compress the bag and see if that's doable. Adding more pen slots inside the sling module is not a problem. ;)
Also, any chance of adding couple of pen slots in the sling module on top of the 3 slots that are already there? I wasn't able to see any from the quick video.
Hi, I've just pledged for this and had a thought. While I've looked at the design and all the modulars (which I think is a great idea), I was wondering if the design would add side straps for both sides to readjust/compact the bag if it wasn't filled because I suspect the bag will look big (and filled with air) when it isn't full.
ITR Studio
@Jennifer the camera module cover can roll up and stay open when it's inside the backpack. Making it easy for you to reach your gear from the front zipper open that can access the main compartment. If you put the camera module on the upper side of the bag, you can quickly reach your gear by just opening a top of the backpack. The front zipper that accesses to the main compartment is a very long zipper and will have enough clearance for you to take the camera out. We will definitely look into how to improve what we currently have and every feedbacks from our supporters is significant to us, and we will take them very seriously.
Jennifer Cheong
Just wondering about the design. If you stack the camera pouches, how do you extract the cameras from the side. Do the camera pouches have a side opening. It would be most inconvenient if you had to take everything out. What access do you get from the side?
ITR Studio
Hi @nick.does.bags The material we use is 290T Nylon Twill with water repellent coating on top and sponge backing. And it is 100% waterproof. Thank you for your suggestion on adding attachment point on the exterior. We will definitely look into how to add modules on the outside without sacrifice the lookout of the bag. In fact, we already started designing more modules for people to choose. And we will keep everyone posted on the development status.
@ITR - What material is the bag made from is it Cordura, Ballistic Nylon etc and if so what denier? Also other than the external strap carry would you consider adding some subtle attachment points on the exterior similar to how blackember did? Obviously not to such an extent but maybe at the bottom of the bag or side for pouch or sling etc.
ITR Studio
@Jennifer We just came up with a reward contain the backpack and one of each module. Thank you for your support! ;)
@nick.does.bags Thank you for your support. We will definitely come up with more incentive and stretch goals. ;)
@Lan Thank you for your compliment and your support! We will definitely look into that. ;)
Ian Hamilton
Why is awesome gear always more money than i want to pay LOL? Well designed and thought out. Love the product.
@Jennifer: +1 Agreed or some other incentive. Thanks
Jennifer Cheong
Thank you. I’m a Backerclub member too. Would you be able to come up with the Ultimate Combo without the magnetic bottle? Thx!
ITR Studio
Hi @Jennifer, sure we will definitely consider doing that. I will update everyone once we put that up. ;)
Jennifer Cheong
Hi ITR Studio, would be really good if you could add and price out an Ultimate Combo pack that includes one of each module or feature. Any chance of doing that?
Samuel Chee
Ok. Noted with thanks. I have facebook messenger to you.
ITR Studio
@Zhang ZhiChao, I did the math for you! The final price for Work&Gym combo plus with an extra camera module and sling module to Singapore is HKD2878
ITR Studio
@Samuel Chee, Thank you for your support! Yes, we are going to use Backerkit to collect information when the campaign end. You can also update your order by then. ;)
Samuel Chee
Just to check after that you will be using backerkit or crowdox as survey for add on?
ITR Studio Yes, you can just add the price shown in the add-on menu or you can use this add-on pledge calculator for a quick match.
