Complete your stylish look when you wear the About Vintage 1971 Automatic Swiss Made Watch. This stunning Swiss made watch takes this notable year as inspiration. In 1971, the Swiss Made trademark came into play and marks the highest in quality and precision. Only watches that meet the criteria and standards can bear this name. Therefore, it’s fitting that the 1971 Automatic Watch is the first Swiss made watch from About Vintage. The sleek yet minimalist dial comes in white or black while you have the option of a rose gold, gold, or steel case. Extending from the edges of the 1971 Automatic Watch is a sleek Italian leather strap. Inside the stunning timepiece is an ETA 2824 Swiss movement. This movement is known for excellent precision and timekeeping. However, if you want this elegance to lay across your wrist, you have to act fast. The 1971 Automatic Watch is part of a limited edition of just 1971 pieces.
I hope you're well.
I was just wondering if I could get a status update as to when we could expect dispatch?

Everything is going according to plan.
Thanks! Then I won't fear that something went wrong :-)
I look forward to receive the survey, and especially to receive the watch when you are ready.

When will the money be charged?
We are discussing it at the moment. No decisions made yet.
Have you seen the smaller videos of the watches moving on the kickstarter that should give a good look around the piece. Furthermore the site 8past10 have just made a review (link on our Kickstarter).
You are very welcome to write me at thomas@aboutvintage.dk and I can provide you with more pics etc.
Our logo (brand symbol) is created from the infinity loop symbol (∞), as reference to “timeless” both in terms of our design philosophy, but also the fact the classic watch in general is one of the few objects that has stand the test of evolution. In addition we have incorporated a hidden (vertical) “AV” in the middle of the redesigned infinity loop, thus becoming our very own brand loop (logo).
Yes it's flat sapphire glass:)
I have a quick question. Why design a flat glass instead of a dome design like the other line ups that you have.
Good question. To be honest, we have not decided yet. Stay tuned.
2. YES
1. What level of the machine is it? Standard/ Elabore/ Top Grade (which I hope it is)/ Chronometer?
2. Does the machine has Incabloc? (As I can see it has)
2. yes that should not be problem
2. Will I be able to change the shipping address later on?
Each model will have 1971 pieces yes. You will not get the number matching your pledge number exactly, but the earlier you order, thus lower production number batch you will get from.
Main specs are shown at the second picture. But also described here: Size: 40mm wide / 10 mm thick
Case is made of 316L precision steel (stainless), with ISO 9001 certified gold coating
The movement is a ETA 2824-2 swiss made movement (standard grade).
1) it will be delivered with a Butterfly Clasp. You can be extra strap with Pin Buckle after the campaign if you want to.
2) The Back Case picture with 1 / 500 if a sample picture. It will look like that but say 1 / 1971 as described.
3) Please contact us directly at info@about-vintage.com and we can provide pictures
2) you mentioned the 1971 was limited edition and the back of each pictured watch says No 1 of 500, yet you say general release at full price from January...so what will be the difference between the Kickstarter watch and general release version?
3) Could you potentially show a picture of rose gold watch, white face, black strap? thanks and good luck
Will will be the material for case, interior and exterior of the watch?
What are specifications of the watch?
