The Bang! Desk Lamp was probably created for bitplay Inc. by someone who had way too much free time on their hands, or maybe they were too sloshed to know what they were doing. Either way, this desk lamp is a fun toy for trigger-happy children and adults who want to have another go at childhood. The lamp comes with a remote that like a toy gun. You aim it at the lamp and pull the trigger. If the lamp is on, it’ll go off and the shade flops to the side, like it’s been shot. If it’s off, pulling the trigger will switch the lamp on and the shade then rises back up slowly into the upright position. The remote, lamp and lampshade are all pristine white.
