Hey @Amanda! Thank you so much for your sweet comment! I'm doing everything that I can to see this planner evolve into something incredible! Thank you for your support, we hope to exceed your expectations with the time and works yet to come!
Amanda Rose Hartley
Would absolutely love to see this project come to life.
Sarah Elle
Hey @Adam Hahaha! We agree!
But then comes Fall, when we are looking for new ways to organize our upcoming year - and soon after WInter, where we are looking to renew ourselves for another year to come. These are the times where planners will come to be the most useful!
The great thing about TheButterflyEfffect planner is, too, that all of our Date Functions are blank, so you can start (and continue) on any day, during any season! How's that for sunglasses in the winter? ;) Thanks for the comment, have a great day, Adam!! :)
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
It looks like all good planner lovers are on vacations... The summer is probably the time when planners are eagerly replaced with sunglasses! :-)

Hey everyone! I thought about doing an update for this, but figured it'd be best linked as a comment - I just wrote a new blog post, titled: The Rhythm of Thought: How to Consciously Create your Thoughts. I thought some backers might be interested in the behind the scenes events of our Kickstarter project, that despite how great it feels to be successful so far in our campaign, that we are still human beings facing our own obstacles, every day! Feel free to take a look at the post, or share some feedback! We'd love to get our backers engaged in TheButterflyEffect community, so ideas are also granted for future posts! Let us know what you think! Here is the link, below: https://www.thebutterflyeffectplanner.com/blogs/news/the-rhythm-of-thought-how-to-consciously-create-your-thoughts Have a great day everyone! Hello @Chelli Thank you for recognizing the smaller details of the planner, like the importance of the Weekly and Monthly Personal-Evaluations. It shows that you are engaged and enjoy the content of TheButterflyEffect, and within that, I truly believe you will love the final product! As for your concern on the word 'proud' in "What did I accomplish this month that I am most proud of?"... I do understand that pride is one of the main obstacles when managing the ego during the pursuit of true happiness; but I also believe that it's important to honor your achievements, and give yourself the recognition & pat-on-the-back you deserve, when you accomplish something big that you set your mind to. This, of course, should not be translated into an overwhelming sense of entitlement - but rather a brief and happy moment where you reminisce on your well-doings of the past month/phase/quarter of your life. Addressing your comment regarding "What was the hardest challenges I had to face? How did I overcome it?" and breaking down the importance of understanding and overcoming our difficulties, obstacles, and failure - I am very intrigued by your perspective on the matter.
I also note that I enjoy your observation on Western society, as I agree that many would rather never begin (their journey) than find themselves at the bottom, or failing at any particular endeavor(s).
I have learned, through years of my own trials & errors that patience and dedication are a virtue, but also that resilience and authenticity are the keys to overcoming adversity and honoring each stage of our life. Facing my own reality was a very hard challenge for me to grasp, understand, then overcome - because I know that most of us are accustomed to looking towards external sources, rather than within ourselves for our own answers.
So I kept all of this in mind, during the creation process of the Self-Evaluations & Personal-Review sections in the Monthly and Weekly layouts of the book.
It’s a real challenge to admit when we need change or re-evaluation, but once we learn to honor our progress & growth, it becomes much easier to be honest with ourselves. I quote what you said, that "This is where you learn and understand what is blocking the path [...] Did you face the same difficulties? [...]" And my answer towards that is... Of course!
I had my very fair share of denying reality. I've had many experiences, in the past (and to be honest, often still do) where I am found in ignorance towards my current state, in certain aspects of my life. But I guess that this is truly where the genuine nature of TheButterflyEffect comes into play - because I know the truth, and the truth is that certain things will be harder to accept than others; but if we can build the courage and the inner strength, to be honest with ourselves, then the consistency of action, will lead us to better knowing and understanding ourselves, and what we truly want from our life. These are very fascinating questions, and I would love to thank you for giving me the opportunity to question myself and my current state, while I answer your comments. It is the application and actions, towards ourselves, of what we are trying to preach to others - that truly defines the growth and learning process of what comes with TheButterflyEffect. If you have any other perspectives you’d like to share, a comment or perhaps some other questions – simply comment back, and I’ll be honored to answer to the best of my abilities. Always, S.E

Hello Sarah,
My turn to say Wow! what a message!! I read your "monthly overview": It shows your understanding of what it takes to reach happiness. What I mean is that you first have "What did I accomplish this month that I am most proud of?" This is the positive side leading to a better life. I will caution you on the use of the word "proud" as it is, in my opinion, directly related to ego and ego is the main obstacle to happiness... You continue with: "What was the hardest challenges I had to face? How did I overcome it?" This, in my opinion is the most important part in achieving happiness. We always talk about our successes but rarely about our failures or strong difficult issues. We try to bury them and definitely not face them. Is it related to the fact that our Western society is looking for instant gratification and failure is not acceptable? Possibly but facing our reality is a must if you want to reach happiness. You finally ask: "How am I different at the end of this month in contrast to the beginning?" This is the most difficult question to answer... At least in the first 2 or 3 phases. Why? Because STARTING the journey to happiness is the most difficult part of the path. This is where you learn and understand what is blocking the path, you have to face your bad habits and often question the value of your relationship with friends and colleagues. Difficult times where again we do not want to face the reality... Did you face the same difficulties? I guess the answer is yes because if not you would not have put all these questions in the monthly review.

Hello Mr. Chelli, Wow! What a beautiful remark, and thank you so much for your inspiring comment. I would also like to extend my appreciation for the 'challenge' of responding to this statement, as I am propelled to dig deep within myself in order to find a suitable answer for your reflection. From my experience, I've learned that one's state of productivity (i.e, professional, creative, or personal) determines, entirely, where the majority of their energy goes throughout the day. There have been years of my life that I spent "floating" around, from one meaningless endeavor to the next - always putting my 'right' energy towards the wrong things, and never getting any significant, growth-oriented work done.
In that, as well, my vision and perception of the world changed. The beauty in the world had dullened, time always seemed to be running out, days and months dragged on without any noteworthy events, and overall I felt like a slave to my own life, chained and caged by my own reality.
I let days pass me by, putting too much attention towards things that, in the grand scheme, didn't mean anything to me; and lost myself to the same routine, hoping for better (and different) results. So, now when I see the word 'productivity', I can't help but also associate the meaning with Purpose, Passion, Direction, and Drive.
(In my opinion) Your state of productivity is entirely determined by what you want in life and less about what is work/business driven. It's not just achieving a higher rate of accomplishing your tasks - but rather achieving a higher state of fulfillment when you achieve those goals.
It’s a more enlightening and optimistic point-of-view, in which inspires you to look for what brings you happiness and a real sense of life, and pushes you to actually act on what you determine to be your (inter-personal) purpose. TheButterflyEffect was created for anyone who is looking to break free from their chained reality, transform their state-of-mind towards a life of freedom, choice, and Happiness.
Sure TheButterflyEffect helps in organizing your tasks of the day ahead, and it’s even great for tracking how you treat your body… But the main purpose it has, that drives me each and every single day, to be more compassionate, be more creative, and do more Meaningful Work – is that TheButterflyEffect (inspired by the law of Cause & Effect) is teaching you that even the smallest actions paired with the consistency of passing time, is building your eventual outcome; and it is your choice to match it to your ideal existence.
It doesn’t mean anyone has to quit their career or line-of-work, to go on a soul-searching adventure with a little black book; but rather to promote finding meaning in the little things you do, and accomplishing your tasks with effort and purpose; then setting out to do something different everyday, that is true to who you are (and want to be). This is where the journey to Happiness comes into play because when you do things that make you feel good, you’re setting the wheels in motion for the whole world around you to feel good and benefit from it, in tiny ways. When you put your positive energy towards positive endeavors, you are setting off a feedback loop of more positive results, feelings and outcomes. So back to the topic of Productivity, I guess where TheButterflyEffect comes to serve, is in guiding you through the fastest, most energy-efficient and purpose-driven way of accomplishing the tasks ahead of you, so that you can put more energy towards the things that really matter (to you) and make you happiest. I hope my response has intrigued you as much as your comment has inspired me. If you would like to continue to share your thoughts and stories, you can comment in the thread, or send me an email, at hello@thebutterflyeffectplanner.com - I would absolutely love to learn more about your perspective on Life, productivity, happiness, purpose, and more! Thanks again for your wonderful thoughts, I look forward to getting your feedback! Have a Wonderful Day! Sarah Elle

Hello Sarah,
You are using the word "productivity" which, for me, is usually work/business related. Are you saying that through higher happiness you achieve a higher professional productivity or is it higher productivity in your personal life? I know that for me being happier has resulted in a vision of the world completely different where I have more energy and a better understanding of my surroundings (inside: family, friends... outside: financial and geopolitics events). I freely accept the world around me and have learned to change my vision and attitude.
When I read the content of your planner I see a calculated path from personal slavery to freedom and happiness. Congratulations.
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
Hi @Sarah, I have posted previous comments from my little iPhone SE screen, which hopefully explains why I was so slow to notice what you have already done :-) Congrats! I'm thoroughly impressed.
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
@Sarah -- You are two or three steps ahead of me, haha :-)
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
@Sarah -- Oh, am I right that you have already added more detailed shots in their right context? Looks much better! Thank you. That was super fast :-)
Sarah Elle
Hi @Adam, Thank you for the comment, and for the recognizing the effort in which I am putting towards this campaign.
I am quite experienced in Kickstarter campaigns, as I have been a part of, and helped fulfill several different Kickstarter campaigns. I know what it's like to be on both sides of the campaign, both as a backer and a creator - and I am taking every hard lesson learned, all the feedback and concerns provided on both ends - and applying it, with the hopes of offering the best service and campaign of my knowledge/ability. If you didn't receive my latest update, I have just posted the close-up shots of the layouts. I hope these photos are of good enough quality to meet your standards. I also hope that they give you a better idea of what is featured inside the planner. You can find the new product photos in the "What's inside TheButterflyEffect planner" section. Over the course of the campaign, we will keep posting new lifestyle/product shots - so our backers can have an updated/constant idea of what we're doing. Please let me know if I can assist you any further; I am currently getting started on the Hand-held photos and will be posting them soon. All the best, S.E
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
Hi @Sarah -- It's very nice of you, thank you! Rest assured that experienced Kickstarter backers will watch this campaign with delight once they discover your really well thought out planner project, and experience your reactions to our feedback. It's rare in crowdfunding, which makes your attitude even more special and appreciated. Looking forward to the updates and next steps!
Sarah Elle
Hi @Adam! Ahahaha! I wish there was a like button for Kickstarter comments! Don't feel guilty, in any way, shape, or form, my dear. I love the work that I do! And, now, knowing my work is admired and appreciated by some of Kickstarter's most influential superbackers, I am all the more motivated to get the job done promptly and with quality. Thank you for your great sense of humor, and your kind advice not to rush - but I would like you to know, that your words have inspired me to push myself further, in order to go above and beyond for those who notice my efforts and value my endeavors.

Please, don't ever hesitate to let me know about new ways you feel I could improve the campaign or the quality of the content! I am always looking to develop myself and grow through my work and contributions. I wish you a wonderful week Mr. Jaworski, and hope to hear back from you soon! Sincerest regards,
Sarah Elle

Dear Sarah! Oh, wow, it's not that urgent, and now I almost regret that I posted comments which could be read as demanding. While I'm usually very direct when sharing my thoughts and suggestions, I should have emphasize first how much I admire your wonderful work, even more because you are still so young, at least from my perspective. Keep up the good work, but don't rush it. It's still a long weekend in Canada and US, I think. Thank you for your efforts, but again, don't go so fast :-) Kickstarter backers are well trained to wait weeks and months to see any progress, so your eagerness to work on improvements, while admirable, makes me feel guilty! Take your time, please. Thank you!

@Adam Andrzej Jaworski Hey there Adam! Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your input. It means a lot to me, as it gives me the perfect idea of what our backers are looking for; so I really appreciate that you addressed your concerns. As for the visual content, I will get on it right now. Some of the photos/videos I am taking will be:
- Close up Shots of the Layouts (because I do understand we are missing them, and they are the most vital part of the book)
- Hand-held shots. Meaning, A few different angles of the size and the positions it fits most comfortably in your hands.
- I'll get started on a few more Lifestyle gifs/videos, so you can get a feel of how it will work when implemented into your daily routine. Now, although I do understand that this is a very promising list - I assure you I will get it all done.
I am setting the timeline of completion for these posts, so that all the *Photo content is updated and posted, by this evening.
As for the video (with several examples of use within the lifestyle/routine) I will have this posted by, latest, tomorrow afternoon/evening. The only reason for such is that video content should be mastered and edited - and I would like the presentation of this video to be in the best quality I can provide. I hope this is alright, with you - and as my first proof of effort - I even decided to take a close-up picture of my goal and plan for the day, in order to get this all done for you on time. Please kindly follow the link to see the current layout and plan-of-action for the new visual content: https://goo.gl/WnwKwX ---
I thank you, once again, for your input and feedback, Mr. Jaworski - and I hope that I can meet your standards with the content I will provide.
If you, or any other backer(s), have any further comments, questions, concerns, or feedback - I would be happy to address them at the earliest convenience. Have a wonderful day, and I will be back with the updates very soon! Kindest,
Sarah Elle

To be more specific, I did notice a few close up shots, but for us backers they are just random bits, out of context, so they don't help to visualize how the physical book in my hand will actually feel and work as whole.
Adam Andrzej Jaworski
Great project, but too blurred photos to appreciate its usefulness and decide if it actually is what the project description promises. Any chance you could improve the visual presentation? I assume the photos have been blurred to protect from copycats, but you could show at least some areas and details in a clear close up shots.
