That's perfect! Exactly the sort of stuff that I (and I assume a lot of other backers) will be looking for when we get our cross members. Thanks!

Hi Aaron,
We have a visual instruction guide that we will send to all our backers.
We also plan to add more videos to our YouTube channel demonstrating how to create stoves. We posted one recently showing how to quickly create a stove from an IKEA canister.
Thank you!

Will the rewards include either an instruction booklet for making different size stoves, a pdf instruction booklet or both? If not, please consider a pdf instruction booklet (that can then be offered free on your website) as part of the rewards. Thanks!

Thank you Jonathan,
We already have over 200 of the sheaths made and in our hands, and they are very nice and tough!
For the Large Pouches, our pouch maker may upgrade the material between now and production, so you might see a small difference from the fabric in the photos. Last few hours to go — we have done a lot of preparation and are looking forward to the next steps! Best Regards,
James

Looking forward to trying this out. Added to my pledge to get an extra set of Ti Cross members. I can keep one stove with my backpacking/camping stuff. Another set with cans in my home/car emergency preparedness kit.

Hi Mikkel,
Here's one small tip: We designed the top Cross-Members to have a snug fit on the IKEA canisters, so that they lock in without being loose. The taller canister happens to be a bit tighter than the shorter one, even though the two canisters appear to have the same diameter. So, for the tall canister, it can help to ease the fit by slightly crimping the can rim in four places (with pliers), where the Cross-Member tabs push up against the rim. Or, you can wait for the fit to loosen up after putting the Cross-Members on several times. They will be tight to begin with, in which case you can tap them off with a stick. I posted a video on our YouTube channel a few days ago showing the IKEA stove creation.

Hi Mikkel,
Both the tall and shorter canisters will work great. The short one is by far the most popular. It is more compact and yet has plenty of fuel capacity.

About the IKEA canister, is it the 13.5 cm or the 18 cm one you use?

Thank you, Chris, for your service! We really value our friends across the pond. We also really appreciate your support for our campaign. In our experience bushcraft and outdoor enthusiasts, and especially military, understand the importance of durable, quality-made products. We received our patent this year, so for their sake we suggest that the counterfeiters don't waste their time and money attempting to copy it! :)

Because I read your post on the Bushcraft UK website I thought it was better to go with a small company rather than cheap Chinese knock offs. Just made it in time for 2 sets of Titanium cross members (backer 98 out of 100). Good luck and can't wait to try out my new kit!!

Whoops! I hit Enter too soon. The last add-on item is the Large Grill: Large Grill (SST): $21 Note: the Side Toasters come in a pair (two toasters, each composed of 2 parts that pack flat)
Let me know if anything is not clear.

Thank you Roger!
Adding items is fine. I would just need to know what the items will be so that I can calculate the incremental shipping cost. For backers inside the US, in most cases the increase in shipping will be small. In some cases it may be zero, regardless of destination, if the package stays in the same weight bracket. The best thing would be to private message me the list of what you would like to add and the country where the package is to be shipped. I can also tell you the total for the added items. If anyone knows of an easier way to handle this, please let me know! I tailored each reward to minimize shipping as much as possible. Here's a list of the amount to add for each additional item:
SST Cross-Members: $19
Ti Cross-Members: $29
Side Toasters (SST): $10
Compact Grill (SST): $15

Is it possible to add extra cross members, toasters or grills in addition to our existing pledge?

My current go to stove is the Ti Core 4 bioreactor. Folds flat and burns clean. Can’t wait to try them side by side.

Within a few minutes I got in at 35. I look forward to learning more and seeing comments. I have a serious thing for stoves. Drives SWMBO a bit crazy.
