Every day I am reminded why I backed this project when I put on my Apple Earbuds and struggle with the wire as it constantly gets caught in everything which causes the buds to be ripped out of my ears. This then reminds me that I still have not heard any information on this project and all messages to the project team are being ignored.

I just want to thank the Wearhaus team for taking the time to improve the product, on second thought a rushed project wouldn't be that great. Hopefully we can get another update soon.
For this time I have already bought 3 different versions of wireless headphones, now I bought RUN from jaybird, I am sad about the fact that by the time of receiving these headphones they will be morally and physically decayed

I just sent them ANOTHER email through their website. I expect nothing back because I never got a response previously. Please, everyone, REPORT this project to Kickstarter. This creator should not be allowed to use this crowdfunding platform if this is how backers are treated. I know they can just go on in and create another account and keep using Kickstarter, but then they wouldn't have the history of a successfully done project (Arc) to fall back on and swindle future backers. I'm quite annoyed with this company in general, but I do wish them well going forward. I would just like this to be the end of my relationship with them in any capacity.
I've backed a few projects before. And as I said before I can understand that if something goes wrong. But at least let your backers know what's going on. That's kind of the point of kickstarter. That we as investors get to be part of the ongoings of these projects. It's now may 1st. We haven't heard a single thing from this group for two months. I can take a wild guess that we won't hear anything on or around May 7th which would make it three months without any info. Many of us have gone and sent messages both here and emails to the company. I don't know who Ross is but I feel bad that this person is getting stuck with emails. I can only hope they are forwarding them to see what's going on. Not only are our messages getting ignored on here but WH team is logging on kickstarter every couple days without even acknowledging us. I think that's messed up. We shouldnt have to beg to get an update. We shouldn't have to go to your company email to try to contact you or go on your app and give it negative reviews. Hell I've even seen people post comments on Amazon reviews for the arc telling people to stay away. Button line is, how this campaign is being run right now isn't right. I went ahead and reported WH and this campaign for lack of communication. I highly suggest the rest of you do to. Thank you for your time reading.

If they can't deliver the product to us then they should refund us our money. Not giving updates since the beginning of Feb is unacceptable. This seems like such a waste of money and time waiting at this point.

An update would be really nice. I was told there would be an update in about a week, and that was going-on a month ago. I love my Arcs, and I'm thankful for the customer service I received when they started to break, but backing this project has been the most wholly unpleasant experience I've ever had on Kickstarter.

How come my comment was removed? I didn't disrespect or was inconsiderate. If anything I feel that leaving your backers in the dark about what is truly going on is disrespectful and inconsiderate to us. I asked simple questions. Why is it taking so long to give us an update or product? If you feel what I'm asking is unfair or to hard to answer. Then please be so kind to refund my money and just call it a day.
