Thanks to Dobot M1, you can now get a professional SCARA based robotic arm for your workspace under $2000. And that too, with features that extend from 0.02mm precision, a velocity of 200 degrees per second, 1.5kg workload and 400mm maximum reach. This robot arm is designed to provide an user-friendly environment for self-employers and factories to build their production platform. It includes a self-developed user interface, wireless connectivity, handheld teaching, and multi-Dobot cooperation capability that makes it a convenient robotic arm you can use to realize features even more than a traditional industrial robotic arm. The design comes with Pulse-Width-Modulated laser that can do both line engraving and shade engraving. For 3D printing, the arm has a 400mm radius and 250mm height printing area itself, and you can extend this printing area with a 1m long trail. Other than this, you can also use it to bring efficiency into soldering and customize your circuit any time. You can even use computer vision to extend the uses of a robotic arm to a higher level. Moving objects won’t fool Dobot M1’s visual recognizing ability either. Recognize, pick, rotate and place, smoothly done without any mistake. And since it entertains wireless connectivity, two Dobot M1s can be paired easily for better performance. Get this powerful device on Kickstarter now!

I still have not get my DOBOT M1
When can I get my DOBOT m1.
Please contact to me.
I still have not received any of your notifications of shipment. Please kindly let me when you will ship my pledge.
There is a risk for a misleading interpretation of the latest bits of information.
It may seem as if small quantities of Dobots will be shipped out unit by unit according to backer number, based on the news that a second batch of 20 M1 has been shippped out and that one of the very first backers got a message to confirm his shipping address
However, that is not a very likely scenario. Remember the discussion about shipping fees? Based on the info we got back then it's much more likely that there will be one huge shipment to a hub in Europe, one huge shipment to ahub in North America and so on. Only some locations with low numbers of orders/backers will probably be served by shipments on an individual basis. In effect that means it will take a while until enough units are produced to fulfill these large shipments. Impossible to know how long that will take unless somebody tells us at what rate the M1 units are currently produced. Another unknown is the number of pre-orders. If there are very large numbers of pre-orders the company might be able to change the original shipping arrangement in favour of a faster turn-around. But I would not hold my breath on that.
I think when production is getting running we should get our M1’s till summer.

Thanks for sharing that information! If they need more time to fix hardware problems, I have no problems with waiting a bit longer even if it is 3 months. Development of complex hardware is difficult and time consuming. I've learned that myself, the hard way LOL
