Hi Jason,
We've filled the BrewQube successfully from vented faucets without issue.
We'll provide a venting adaptor hose to snap onto the gas port during a fill - this alleviates back-pressure that would normally cause a vented faucet to leak (this could also be accomplished by unscrewing the twist top lid), and also provides a run-off for foam.
Ultimately, the BrewQube offers options for filling from any tap. The wide-mouth twist top lid can be removed and filled like a traditional growler with the establishment's standard growler-fill hose.

1. No. They are no ball lock fittings in the unit.
2. It's possible your kegs could fit, but the space is built specifically for the BrewQube vessel.
We're currently working on a connection system that will allow homebrewers to integrate with your equipment and easily transfer homebrew to the BrewQube vessel.
3. Magic! Genius, I like that.That'd be way cheaper. The current design utilizes a high-end condenser unit that can reach a max chill point of 33-34F.

2 Questions: 1. Are those standard quick disconnect ball lock fittings used at the back of the fridge?
2. Do you think there is .5 inches of extra space between the door and the keg when the door is closed? I ask because I have three 1.75 gallon stainless steel kegs that look like they could work inside with some adapter tubes. These are not as compact as your Qube, but a lot of homebrewers like me have these types of kegs and it would be nice to be able to use some of the equipment we already have. And one unrelated questions: 3. What is the cooling mechanism for the fridge? (Thermoelectric, Vapor-Compression, magic)
