@all : Only 12h left ! Once the project is over we will send you the surveys regarding your choice of watch.
Please complete them as fast as possible, so we can have all the data we need to send it to the manufacturer. It will take us some time to process everything, so the sooner we have the survey completed, the sooner we can move forward. Thanks a lot for this huge support !
Griffin Emblem
@bascle : Merci pour votre message ! Nous espérons aussi pouvoir continuer dans le futur ! Nous avons encore plein d'idées de nouvelles collections ;)
Griffin Emblem
@Max : Hi, thanks for asking. Same high quality for both ! (I use my watch from first collection (2014) almost every day and the leather strap is still here looking great !)
Is there a difference in quality between a free strap and a strap that comes with the watch?

@林炳璇 : Hello ! Welcome in this little community and thank you for your support !
If you want to add a butterfly clasp and a strap, you need to update your pledge. In your account, or directly on this project, you can "manage your pledge", you will need to update it from 379€ to 459€.
If you already are at 459€ and want again another butterfly buckle + strap, you need to update it from 459€ to 539€
Feel free to send me a private message or to comment here again if it is not clear :)
Thanks again for your support ! Don't forget to share to your friends and family, the project ends really soon !
If I want to buy one more butterfly buckle and strap. How to buy them?
Thanks for the speedy reply! I has assumed that to be the case, but I thought I would ask to confirm. Have a great rest if your campaign!

@Adam :
Hi ! Thank you for your message ! You are requesting a full black 1053 if I understood correctly, unfortunately for you each watch comes as it is shown on our project. We could have created more color combination but we did not receive enough funds to allow this. (Each new color needs a new batch of components to be produced, and the factory requires a high MOQ (Minimum of Quantity) to order. Which increase a lot the cost of the production and we can not afford it .. Sorry about that ! Hope my answer was clear, if not, please feel free to send me a private message (or a new comment here)
Thank you for your support !
Hi Alain, Do you allow for any additional color combinations? For example, if I pledge for option A (more specifically model RG1053-5), can I request a black case and black bezel? It appears all case and bezels are interchangeable across models. If so, I would love that color combination. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

@Fireman EMT (Previously Joseph, why changing your name?) : Hi, the last guy who insulted me on Kickstarter was .. oh yes, it was you ! A few minutes ago by private message, again, and then it was ..oh yes, you again a week ago.
Do you want me to show screenshots of our private conversation ? It will be a real pleasure to show everyone how you insulted me, and how i am here wishing you to have a good day.
I don't understand your behavior, I don't see where i was being disrespectful to you. It is not enough for you to insult me, now you try to insult France ? And you lie about me being rude in private message ? Again, I am speechless.
All I try to do is to be kind and available to all the backers, and I really don't see where I am, " a true ass" . There are 141 comments on this page, around 270 backers, and the only one being angry and with a bad attitude here, is you.
Have a nice day,
Fireman EMT

@Oliver : Our watches are manufactured in Hong Kong. But for some economical reason, they will be shipped from Taiwan :) We will do our best to decrease cost of the watches to be able to avoid custom fees. Our other projects had a pretty low percentage of people who had to paid Duty Fees. Hopefully, it will be the same this year !
Thank you for your message,
Griffin Emblem
@Samuel : Plus que 3 jours ! L'excitation est à son comble !
I would like to ask, where are you shipping the watches from? Are they from inside the EU(France)? Hungary has high VAT and Duty fees, and I would not like to be charged with them, if they ships from outside of the EU. Thank you in advance!
Samuel Blais-Bergeron
C'est vrai qu'un bleu phosphorescent au lieu du vert serait chouette, mais autrement il ne reste que 3 jours ! :-) Comment s'était déroulé la production lors des autres campagnes de financement? Pas trop de contre-temps?
Griffin Emblem
@Ps Web : Thank you for your kind message !

@Ben : Hi, We are using Swiss Newlite for the hands. For the color, is it a pretty cool idea ! We will investigate with our manufacturer but for now, they will stay with this style and color :)
Thank you for your support and message ! If you have more question, feel free to ask !
Sorry for the delay of my answer, was stuck with some family issues this weekend.

Hi, I have another question. What kind of lume do you use in the watches? is it Super-LumiNova? And seeing as it is the green version in the provided images would it be possible to change that to the blue variety to make it match the watches?
Personally, I think the brown strap is beautiful with many of the "B" options. It is more of a warm cinnamon Cognac color, with handsome detail stitching. Thank you Alain, I would love to have the brown strap!
Fireman EMT
Looking at RG9005-3 and RG9006-2 not many watches utilize a blue case.
So just to change the topic for fun...Which watch is everyone looking at? I'm undecided as yet but have ruled out the White-dial watches (have a lot of those).

You know when someone is mouthing off and making an ass off themselves and they don't realise it and continue to mouth off and make themselves look like an even bigger ass.....?

@Joseph :
Thank you for your message. I don't understand exactly where you see that i was being rude ?
I don't see how trying to please everybody, answering to every comment, every messages, doing updates, surveys, makes this customer service stinks?
I am a very calm and respectful person in real life, and i am generous and always open to help, but after 4 comments and also one private message from you, calling me an "asshole", i think i have every right to tell you, politely, that if you don't like me, or this project, or if you disagree with this project, you are in your right to cancel your pledge.I am not pushing you to cancel, that will be a stupid move from me. I can't force you to like me or this project, but what i don't need, is all this negativity and bad comments around me or my project. After 4 crowdfunding campaigns created and funded, this is the first time I am seeing this type of behavior.
Writing this type of comments because something is not at your taste ? Insulting me and my work because YOU think a strap is ugly ? Calling me an asshole in private and wishing me to fail publicly ? I am just speechless. And I am the rude one ?
I understand you wanted a different strap, I understand you wanted a free butterfly clasp but it will not be the case sorry about that. Maybe we can move on and close the topic ? This comment section was not made for this. I understood your point of view regarding the stretch goal, I am sorry you don't like the strap.
Thank you for your comment and previous support in this project. I wish you the best, If you have other questions, feel free to comment, i will be happy to answer them.
Fireman EMT
@Griffin, Since you prefer to continue messages so all can see i will continue as well. Your customer service stinks. Never have i had someone push back so rudely to a backer or customer. My comment about you should fail wasnt called for and i apologize for that. However, I am simply stating what other campaigns had done for stretch goals. You cant please everyone which is my point i am trying to make is offer a 2nd strap that matches exactly the one that comes with the watch. I am sure you will satisfy many more. I have seen from some comments that others dont like the stretch goal straps either. I understand they are free. But is something worth getting for free if it doesnt work with the watches. I am sorry but i am stating truth in my eyes the extra straps are UGLY!!! They dont work with the watched even after sending out the pictures showing with each watch. They bring down the class of they watches you worked so hard to design and create. That is my overall point.
Fireman EMT
@Griffen, thank you for helping me to decide. I am canceling my pledge. You are rude. I am simply stating that you should have offered more. Your goal was very low and you reached rather high amounts. If this is how you push back to customers you deserve to fail. Good day to you.
Griffin Emblem
@Joseph :
Hello Joseph, i think after your 4 comments saying that our straps are ugly, I understand the message. If you don't like the straps, it is fine. But no need to be disrespectful of our work and effort we put into this project. No need to write everywhere that our straps are UGLY and YUCK, and that other projects did better than us.
I understand that the straps may not be at your taste, because each individual have different taste, but there is absolutely no need to do threat such as "i will back down as a backer!" or insult our work with "they are damn ugly".
Stretch goal are optional and it is a FREE strap. And we chose an additional extra strap because in the survey, this was the most voted stretch goal. It should not change anything about why you backed the project at the beginning.
If you don't want to be part of this campaign because a free strap is not at your taste and because you think our work is "too damn ugly", please, feel free to take your negative energy somewhere else.
Fireman EMT
@Griffin, i did see the photos with the watches and sorry but they do not look good with the watches. so i will get a free strap that i will never use. Other kickstarters that did a bonus with a strap offered new strap options or select an addition strap similar to what comes with your watch. i would rather have that or a butterfly clasp. .
Griffin Emblem
@Andy : Thank you !
Fireman EMT
The straps with slit down them are damn ugly. I am stepping down as a backer. Thanks but no thanks.
Andy Sim
It's interesting what actual photos can reveal. I personally think that the brown strap goes rather well with many of the option B styles. Thought I'd finally decided which watch design to go with, but I'm now considering the options again. Just over a week to go, so need to make a decision soon :)
Griffin Emblem
@Auguste :
Hello, each watch comes as it is shown in the picture :) Thanks !
Griffin Emblem
@Joseph : Please find the picture in the update.
Fireman EMT
@Griffin, black or brown wont go with all the watch options you have. Could you offer a second strap that comes originally watch.
Auguste Reymond S.A. Switzerland
Hi creator!
Nice design, congratulations, colleauge! May I select another dial for the case I like?
Free strap!
I choose black color.
Griffin Emblem
@brandon :
Thank you ! Crowdfunding is an adventure and we are trying our best to please the backers for their awesome support !
Griffin Emblem
@Yuk : Thank you for your suggestion and ideas !
The engraving on the movement is actually pretty hard to be done. It requires a large order, or it is really expensive. We are still a micro-brand and it could have been possible if we had reach a larger figure. But for now, it is not possible sorry about that.
Thank you so much for the extra step you guys took to satisfy us all! I really appreciate all your hard work and i cant wait until i get it!!
Yuk Cheong Paat
@joseph, I agree with you as I would also check out the November before I get any of my watches and not to say am fancy of Swiss or Japanese movement, by the look at the movement in the watch giving the first impression to others on the quality but then again this is not to say miyota 9100 is bad movement. Again, it was just a pure suggestion as the movement engravement can be done at the back of the back instead. Just a Two cents thought.. I also agree that the brown strap doesn't go well with the type b..
Griffin Emblem
@All : Thank you guys for your messages, we tried to do everything with surveys and pool vote but it seems that it is was not enough :) So we went directly to the factories, and we managed a deal with our manufacturer to be able to produce both BLACK and BROWN strap as free strap for you. We tried our best to please everybody, so your free strap will be either BLACK or BROWN . You will have to confirm us your choice of color. I am planning an update today so everybody can see the good news.
The problem is the same for me with the 9005-2
I agree with others with regards to the strap and would rather the money spent on getting the movements engraved or receiving the same strap the watch comes with or a butterfly clasp.
I agree with Joseph Litwin. I really dont want the brown strap only because it doesnt go well with 9006-2. Can you allow some people to receive a free butterfly buckle or a free custom DIY metal plate instead please?
Fireman EMT
@Griffin, Would you consider allowing for the extra watch band instead of the brown one a second band exactly the same as the watch that was chosen? Reason why I ask is not everyone would want a brown band and may not match their watch choices.
Fireman EMT
@Yuk Cheong Paat, Many watch enthusiasts wont purchase a watch unless they know the movement. Although its not Swiss Made movement the Japanese movements are very well recognized. Example the Miyota 9100 is very popular which is what the B collection. I know I would want to know what movement is in a watch before purchasing.
Ravi Vasnani
Hey Alain, Congratulations on achieving 100k!!! I'm particularly disappointed with the strap which has received max responses as it doesn't go with the watch that i have selected to be specific RG 9006 -2 and I'm sure some others would have selected this model as well!!! Please reconsider!!!
Dave Haworth
@Alain Second stretch Free Butterfly?
Yuk Cheong Paat
@andy we know that it is a respected movement. Proposing removal of the wording making the watch look more high end. It is only a suggestion!
