Guys,
If you got James Jean to do a design with you... I would buy it in a hot second. He is awesome. He's kind of big right now... but who knows. That would be so cool.
Oh my gosh I would die. He's so cool and his art is totally something that would work well as a puzzle.

I love the designs you guys choose for your puzzles. I came on to comment about the Hail to the Pharoah puzzle I got which is amazing and saw you guys added another puzzle. Metanoia is amazing and beautiful as well so, I applaud your company on the choice in art you pick.

@creator Thanks for the Amazon delivery option. No amazon complaints so far. I’m even a prime member so I might check that out and let you know. Still wanna ask if you have another kickdtarter planned this year ? Sincerely

Review from Kickstarter
@Kurt - we're working on an option for this. Sadly the new design was too late to make it into the Kickstarter but we were able to sneak it into production (barely). We originally wanted a full European presence (warehousing units in Europe itself) from day 1 after the Kickstarter but after further research and soul-searching we decided it would spread us far too thin too quickly. We do plan to expand there as soon as we think it's reasonable to do so though! In the mean time we are working with Amazon.com in the USA to offer international shipping to Europe. I believe it will be 2-3 days before that goes live though. If you end up ordering on Amazon.com and get the item in Europe please send me a message directly at jtanner@boneowl.com and I would very much love to hear your thoughts on the costs/process/anything else so we can improve in any way possible. Thanks for following us so closely during this entire project! It means a lot to us :)

Hey Christian, We should become shipping out puzzles to the USA in the next 1-3 days! Canadian puzzles are clearing customs right now and should be 1-2 weeks tops. Overseas shipments are in the works and should also be going out in 1-3 weeks. As we officially start to ship those 3 regions we'll send an email to all the backers to let them know the puzzles are in the mail.

Hey Kurt - everything is going great :) Working on the proofs with the factory, production is scheduled according to plan and everything's on schedule! Currently we're working on tweaks / design changes for our website a bit to make it a bit nicer as well. Our family is doing great as well - kids are really starting to get excited for Christmas, as kids do :) Tanks for asking!

We will be scouting new artists and getting new designs done ASAP. Going forward we will be sharing regular updates with everyone as new progress is made leading up to the next round of puzzles. We don't have a certain date for this next release yet (and with how variable the creation process is from artist to artist it's very hard to lock down) but when we know something new after this first round we'll let everyone know :)

@creator very excited about this. It's probably too early too tell but any idea when the next batch of puzzles will be released. After shipping the first puzzles maybe?

@Ainsley - Thanks for the feedback!! We love dragons and want to get some of those into the market as well :) We can understand the cost concerns. It does however reflect the decision to produce puzzles with top of the line quality from day one.

Also, seconding the poster idea - I love to have posters to work from when I'm doing puzzles!

I have to admit, these cost more than I'd normally be willing to pay for a puzzle, but the art is /gorgeous!/ I'm a huge fan of bright, colourful, interesting puzzles and you've totally knocked it out of the park with these! I'd love to see more dragons in puzzles, myself. They're something I never expected to have trouble finding, but it turns out there aren't a whole lot out there!

@creator maybe next time add a simple add-on or stretch goal to the campaign for'more funding. Like glue or a poster from the puzzles to name something. Might increase the funding seriously. Just a thought.

@creator very nice to hear. Another thing I mentioned. About more pieces, as mentioned I just bought this puzzle of 1000 pieces and I have to say, at this moment it's more than enough. I understand the non commercial part. Hahaha.

@Kurt - if anything happens, even outside of our control (shipping, fluke, etc..) we'd be happy to replace it free of charge. We're consumers ourselves and are more than familiar with the frustrations of not getting what you've paid for and having the big companies shrug their shoulders at you for you. One of the best things about being small and agile is that we can work with every customer individually to make any situation right.

I'm very curious about the quality. Yesterday I bought this premium puzzle from ravensburger and it had 3 damaged pieces. A real bummer.

Review from Kickstarter
Yes, the estimated delivery is Jan-Feb 2018. Right now is the busy season for our factory and trying to get these produced this year would be very, very difficult. And even if we could it would be during the worst shipping time of the year (worst as in lost packages, stolen packages, missing/incorrect tracking details, etc...). We'd rather delay slightly until early 2018 to ensure everything goes perfectly smoothly than try to rush things out early and introduce a ton of risk into the equation.

@Justine Walley - Awesome recommendations. We feel the EXACT same about the fantasy stuff as well. We'd love to see something like a scene from a tavern out of a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. Or a fantastic Dwarven mine. Sirens and mermaids. And all sorts of other super interesting ideas presented in very stylistic ways that doesn't come off looking like a generic children's fantasy novel. We'd love to do some alien landscape stuff to "honor" traditional puzzle landscape/nature puzzles as well. Something on an alien world with weird and wonderful flora/fauna. We also love the idea of an "Alien Zoo". Steam/biopunk is totally on the table and I would be very disappointed if we didn't get some Cthulhu in there someplace as well - horror is totally close to our hearts :) All of these are just ideas floating around our heads right now. Who knows what the future will hold :) I'll bookmark those artists and look into them. Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Yay! So happy this was funded! :) Since you asked for suggestions for future puzzles, I'd love to see more unique fantasy and sci-fi puzzles. Usually the fantasy puzzles I see are the same generic fairy, princess and unicorn designs, and sci-fi puzzles are practically nonexistent except for a few Star Wars ones. I'd love to see some awesome, weird fantasy worlds, colorful sci-fi cities, interesting alien landscapes (like the ones on 70s sci fi novel covers), biomechanical designs, or unique and creepy creatures. As for artists, Edvige Faini, Ignacio de la Calle, Miguel Fonseca, Ross Tran, and Zhenya Chung are some of my favorites. I'm so glad your company is trying to make more unique and interesting puzzles! I can't wait to receive my puzzles, and I'm anxious to see what you come up with next!

@Kurt Temmerman - Glad you like the pieces :) Yes, we have plans for a second release with more great images and artists. Puzzles with more than 1,000 pieces is something we also want to get into. However more pieces are less in demand and cost a lot more to produce so we can only bring those in after we get up and running steadily first. It is certainly planned though!! :)
Kurt Temmerman
Review from Kickstarter
@creator I certainly would appreciate more pieces.
