InsideCoach – Connected Smart Soccer Ball

The InsideCoach-Connected Soccer Ball contains motion detection technology. It collects and reports data such as force, trajectory, spin, passes and touches. Then uses this data to provide coaching cues that help a player improve. The smart soccer ball connects by WiFi to your iPhone or Android smart device for long range connection and real time data transfer. It recharges wirelessly by resting on Qi pad technology. @Robert - We can go ahead and refund your account, or send you another ball. We have worked really hard to get this out and it is unfortunate that some else picked up your package in your neighborhood. We have been in communication with you as much as we can as it not true that we are not responding to you. We are not a multi million company yet so we try the best we can, and your negativity doesn't help.
We know our commitment and for your information we have OUTSPEND much more then $99 to get this product to you.
USPS said we need to wait at least 30 days before they can look into -- see your other email threads we have going on with you.

@Jason- I'm in the same boat. They never sent out tracking numbers, so I had no idea when it would arrive. Turns out it arrived on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend when I was out of town, so it was likely stolen or misdelivered. If they provided tracking numbers, I would have been able to arrange for a friend to pick it up. But nope. $100 and over two years of waiting for nothing. And to make it worse, they aren't even responding anymore as I'm trying to file a local police report and lost package report with USPS. At this point, I have nothing positive to say about this campaign.
I was wondering when I would receive my pledge product. ANY information would be great. I feel left out. Please verify that everything is going good and that you have my address and if payment went through.

Last week's update said that shipping would happen this past weekend. I've not gotten any notifications regarding shipping. Did shipping actually happen yet?

Hello - I do not want an update at this point - I would like a refund. Similar to Steve, my son was in a soccer program when this should have originally shipped and now will no longer need this product due to all the delays. Please submit a refund!!

Based on this comment from Nicolas San Juan "we are working out some issues", I assume we are back to an unknown ship date? My son was in HS when this should have shipped, and now will be starting college in the fall, and the delays meant he missed his prime for benefits. Can we get a firm shipping date?

I did indeed get the October 20 email... it has now been over a month since then with no update. Stress testing was supposed to be finished by now. Is it? You asked if we would be ok not getting this by Christmas... the second Christmas by which time the ball should have been delivered.
If we did accept a ball as a prototype to provide feedback, what incentives are there? Will we get another later that has the issues worked out?

Yup got the 2nd of Nov update. You may want to post the updates on KS because alot of backers will not just go only there for progress (possibly opt out of e-mails or get junked) but the majority of the negative posts regarding "lack of updates" will be based primarily because nothing is shown on the KS page.

My last update was 26th August, so now concerned im not receiving your updates. Ive received all the direct backer updates via email since the last main update in KS but if your saying last update was oct 20th then for some reason I stoped receiving since aigust 26th

I have to say it's a bit disheartening to see such a lack of communication and updates by the founder. The last update was May. You say things are very much alive then where are the updates? Show us production. Skis is what you're doing? I'm part of other projects where they update monthly. This is getting ridiculous. You claim thr Adidas product is just a toy and nothing like this but it sure seems to do a lot of the same things. If you don't want to lose all your backers, I suggest you update more and be more transparent wth this process. It's been well over as year since we should have received the product and we don't even see a prototype yet. I'm generally patient with kickstarters because it trashes time to get a new product running like this but this is getting ridiculous. If we don't get something that shows there is work being done in the next couple weeks, I'm just going to ask a refund and go with the Adidas ball.

In past weeks I've tried to reach Nicolas San Juan couple of times, in the message to everyone he promised that refund will be handled, but apparently, it's not. It's a lot like SCAM. And for sure it's not professional at all.
