Introducing the KATURA Premium Japanese Knife Collection. These knives redefine the joy of cooking by using premium materials and exceptional blade forging. Made in Seki Japan, each of these knives is handmade to stunning perfection by master craftsmen. The KATURA Collection features six knives: Petty, Nakiri, Santoku, Gyuto Chef (2 sizes), and a Sujihiki Slicer. Available on their own or in entire sets, they provide you with all the precision you need around the kitchen. Forged with 45 layers of Damascus stainless steel, KATURA Knives blades are laser thin and durable, making cutting easier and more fluid. The Tsuchime hammered finish makes each knife unique. KATURA Knives balance their precision with a beautiful artisan aesthetic. Each blade is fitted with your choice of a rosewood or walnut wood handle. In addition, the handles are crafted to an octagonal shape for an ergonomic grip. They also work equally well for both right and left-handed users.
