Knuckle Lights are the first and only L.E.D. lights designed to be worn on the front of your hands, in a perfect position to light your path and be seen on your next run or walk in the dark. Knuckle Lights are an ideal alternative to a headlamp or carrying a flashlight during runs, walks or other activities. The extra-wide flood beams move with the natural motion of your arms, providing an even, steady amount of light that illuminates the entire area in front of you.

Got it
After 2 re-shipments the Knuckle Lights finally arrived!
Dan was very helpful in this strange case.
We both couldn't figure out why the first 2 shipments didn't work out, but "my" Knuckle Lights already have their significant intercontinental "mileage" ;-)
Thanks Dan!
Please kindly help me to check and let me knows whats happening.
You didn't receive yours? It was shipped in June, the following is the USPS tracking number:
9400110200883120069507.
It shows that it was delivered to a USPS Parcel Locker in Tucson on July 5. We haven't received any return package for this. Anyway, please let me know if you can pick up from this post office facility. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please send a replacement charger.
Thanks
Thanks for your message and sorry to hear about the problem. My factory immediately did a ton of testing and seems the reason it may have melted was because the units were likely placed on the charger backwards. We could not get any charger to malfunction or melt when the units were on the charger in the correct direction, but if they are placed backwards on the charger, it will potentially slowly melt the charging base. Please be assured it is not a fire hazard. The burning temperature for the charger material (ABS) is 280-320 centigrade, while the PCB will stop working and heating in 15 minutes at most when the temperature goes to 100 centigrade. According to our test, the temperature of PCB increased to 80-90 centigrade when the lights were charged in the opposite direction, and then the charger started to melt from the area around the inductive pins. The chargers stopped melting and went back to cool in 10-15 minutes (all the chargers we tested did), because the IC on PCB stopped working in that heat. We have therefore made a small change to the base for the future, so that the units cannot go into the charger in the wrong direction at all. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps to make the product even better!
Thank you for running such a great campaign. I'm certainly interested in supporting you in the future.
Thanks for your message. Good news! All of the Kickstarter orders have shipped as of last Friday, so your set it on the way to you right now. To Australia will take a little longer to receive in the U.S., so I would expect you will get yours next week. Thanks again for your support!
Thanks for your message, it looks like it will be mid-June before we will be able to ship. Production at our factory is almost complete and we will be packaging this week. It will take about 3 weeks to get the product from the factory. Thanks!
