@martinloo: hi thanks for your feedback! The washing label is inside the hand pocket of the Merino side. You can machine wash it. Our nylon supplier did not suggest a tumble dry which you can see from the label. But according to my personal experience, a low tumble dry to a complete dryness actually can help to restore the DWR effect of the nylon side. Pls iron only from the Merino side.(donot press the nylon side). Hope this answers the question :)

I just discover now there is a xxxl size... the xxl size I’d ordered for my husband (178 cm, 82 kg) was by far too small... so he gave it to my son of 14 years (168 cm, 46kg) and it fits perfect.

Hi Kevin! I got my modified jackets today, and they fit great! I was sure disappointed when I opened it the first time, and they were too tight, but I was excited today when I slipped each one on. I was really impressed with your customer service. For you to remake the jackets to the size I needed proves your dedication to your customers. And your team was great to deal with. Thanks! I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them as soon as it cools off here in Texas!

Hey Kevin, got my resized jacket in last week and have been trying it out since then. Gotta say, it feels GREAT! So glad I decided to send in my old one. Shipping was pretty pricey, but the end result was well worth it. Couldn't be happier! I've said it before and I'll say it again, they way you have addressed everyone's issues throughout the campaign has been nothing short of phenomenal. Your company is off to a great start and I'm definitely keeping an eye on future projects from you. Thanks so much for going through the trouble! If you ever need any positive reviews for your website or anything, just let me know!!

And for the fitting of Merino Tech 2.0 Jackets, we have designed these jackets to be slim fitted in the beginning. And tested the fitting with just a t-shirt under. From the latest Size survey, we understand that many backers would prefer a shirt/light sweater under. As 360 hoodie and Minimal jacket are supposed to be outer layers, we feel it makes sense to move one size up for all our future products----which you can already see from our new products on website https://slab.supply. And some backers have given us a great advice to mention model measurements which we also did.
Kickstarter is a great place for us to learn from the backer community. That's why we always take communication as first priority. If you are unhappy with us, pls feel free to drop us a note at help@slab.supply.
Thanks again.

@ Erin Kidd: Hi Erin, thanks for your comments. Normally a local post service would be much cheaper. If it's easier for you , you can also send to our Vancouver office. And I have sent you message about this.
Don't worry, we have worked with backer community about this issue and we never met any problem.
Let me know if you have more doubts.

So I purchased 2 jackets and there was the sizing issue. Both need to be exchanged for larger sizes. I took it to the shipping place only to find it's going to be $137 to shipping back to China. Are you kidding me? So now I'm stuck with two ill fitting, expensive jackets that are useless. You made a nice product but you completely failed, in my opinion. Unless there's some miscommunication here, as to where I'm to return these jackets.

@Sarah, thanks for your quick response. Do you mean that you want to use your past Kickstarter points for next purchase from our webshop? Absolutely yes! That's why we created this reward program. Actually as I mentioned in the post, we also want to use the points for next Kickstarter campaign. Unfortunately we have not found any system which can do it.
Let me know if you have more questions.

@Jesper Doktor: Hi Jesper, thanks for your interest in our new blazer. The material is the same as our Ultimate Merino Jacket :https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2092598742/the-ultimate-merino-running-jacket
This material is thicker and more compact than the merino material of 360 hoodie and Minimal Jacket---- it's 350g/sqm while the one for 360 hoodie is 260g/sqm. But this material looks cleaner on surface as it's more compact.
Normally a tailor could adjust the fitting for you if he is careful enough with the bindings.
Pls compare with the model's measurement and also the garment measurement we mentioned on our website.
If you need more information, pls do not hesitate to let me know.

Hi Kevin About your new product, the Men's Merino Blazer, does it have the same feel to the skin as the merino side of the 360 Hoodie? Is it as thin or a bit thicker compared to the 360 Hoodie Merino side? Is the density of the fabric the same? If the fit is a bit off will a tailer be able to adjust the fit when the inside seams are covered? I really like the idea of a blazer in Merino Wool, I just wanna make sure that I can get the fit I like in Blazers (I usually get them fitted by a tailor after purchase). Thank you. /Jesper

@Gregory Lo: Hi Gregory, I learnt that some backers are wearing the jackets inside over air-conditioned buildings during summer :)
For myself, I think the best temp to wear would be under 18c. I have been wearing the jackets throughout last Fall and Winter (lowest -5c on the mountain, with a long sleeve merino shirt under).
Hope this info is helpful to you :)

@Astand: Hi Astand, you can machine wash this jacket at about 40C. Pls make sure you donot use garment softners or other detergent which is prohibited by outdoor jackets. And iron on merino side ONLY if necessary. You can find the washing instruction on the washing label of the hand pocket of merino side. My nylon supplier dose not recommend tumble dry. Actually according to my personal experience, a gently tumble dry to make the jacket to a complete dryness could actually restore its DWR effect.
Hope above information is helpful.

What is the recommended temperature range/environment for using the jacket? I don't have any problems with the sizing, but I'm finding that the jacket is much too warm for these sunny summer days and warm summer nights. And, when wearing it, I get a sense that there's an excessive amount of "material" for a minimal jacket, especially around the pockets... probably because of it's dual-sided nature. What is the recommended temperature range/environment for using the jacket?

Hey! Would I be able to exchange for a size for bigger as well? I have a XS and it's a big snug if I wear a sweater and the jacket at the same time. I'm in Vancouver in case that makes things easier. Thanks :)
