Freecube Modular Tech Command Center

Has anyone updated to a new phone and the wireless charger stop working. I upgraded to a Galaxy S9from an S7. Now it will only charge like 5 minutes then the pad over heats and it turns off.

I pledge $99.00 because I loved the concept  and began to envision the placement in the residence. I emailed Avatar Control on January 31st asking the status of my reward. John replied that the package was delivered and signed for send sent the tracking information. I clicked The link that was given and said that it was returned to sender as per the United States Postal Service link that was provided. So John deceived me with his initial response of my reward. I have the email to show. John then asked me to check my local post office for the reward after the link stated that it was already returned to sender. Just as expected the reward was not there. I then contacted Avatar Control on the matter and received an answer from John stating my reward wad sent from China send MAYBE was returned and in the way. That email was sent on February 20th. I have since emailed the company on numerous occasions without any response. My last email to Avatar Control about my reward was April 18th and still no response. 
I have sent you guys an email with the attached videos of the faulty free cube which I reported in January, about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to recive a respoind on the next actions. Please advice ASAP.

@Avatar control I replied back to the email you guys sent me. The wireless charging still not working. As far as the charging outlet goes, it seems to be working now which is odd since I had the power button on the whole time. But after unplugging and replugging it works now.

If there's something you guys can do about this highly dissatisfaction I am experiencing please do. Because I've already had to wait for like 4 months just to finally receive a product I was supposed to have gotten. Not to mention the horrible respond time on messages.

Also along with it, I plugged into the outlet on the box but it does not even work. Do the outlet is either defective or for some odd reason does not want to work with certain plugs.

Thank you. I have finally received it. Although I am a bit disappointed with the wireless charging. It does not even work for my phone even though it should have no problem. Unless I got a defective one.
I have a S8 Active and my wife has an S8+ and it does not charge for either. So now it does nothing except as decoration sadly... highly disappointed since I wanted the wireless charging as the main point of this.
I thought it was suppose to be compatible with all devices that can do wireless charging.

It was not sent back to China. If you guys would just spend like 5 or 10 minutes with me on the phone or something, we can discuss and resolve this issue. Rather than me wait weeks for a response.
I've already sent you a phone number to call to confirm it was sent back yo you guys. And it was sent back to where it was delivered from, they told back it was sent back and received at LA, California. So please get back to me asap and send out a new one.

Arrived and set up took minutes everything works as it is meant to, though haven’t used the speaker for any length of time.
One question, is there a capacity for the power unit as the amount of watts at any given time. I currently have a 1800 watt kettle and 1600 microwave connected.
Also just a point of view. My power socket base on each side has 2 Australian sockets facing each other. What that means is that if I plug in a power plug that has an adaptor as part of the plug then it covers up some of the second power socket thus making it unusable.

The tracking number is not working, it's telling me theres an error.

Hello this is in regards to comment from January 6th I have been experimenting to try and figure out why the charging pad is having isses here is what I have found. When i place my phone on the pad with no case it charges just fine all the way up to a 100% but then it stops charging and never turns on again to maintain the charge. When I have a case on my phone it charges for a moment and then stops so i believe for some reason the case tricks it into thinking the phone is fully charged so if you can tell me why it doesn't maintain the charge after reaching 100% I think that will fix both issues.

I just got my free cube and I was very excited! but it is the wrong one. I requested the black version (which I said I wouldn't mind waiting for - please check chat) and I also requested the Australian/China Plug Type I, but I received some other plug. Now, I wouldn't be so disappointed if the one I received was working but it is not working too! - I can take a video if need be for proof! I still want the black version with the correct plug type. Please contact me as soon as possible to fix this mess up. Thanks.
I finally received my Freecube after some Problems with DHL today. It is great! I have some issues with the usage of the Light-Module, but I think I can get this to work (I only can´t get it to switch the colors with swiping over the sensor) But at all, a very unique product and it was totaly right to invest in it! :-)

@Garrett Sorry for late to response your problem, I'm not understand 'the problem was a little piece of the plastic wrapping got stuck around one of the pins on the speaker itself preventing power through the rest of the stack' , so can you remove that piece of the plastic wrapping? looking forward to hearing from you, or please write a email to with some photos or video clips, thanks.
