TCL Foldable Prototype Phones come in rolling and tri-fold designs

Get ready for the newest iteration of folding smartphones: the TCL Foldable Prototype Phones. TCL created two new concept designs, one of which is a tri-fold phone and another that actually rolls up. While they’re just ideas for now, these folding smartphones sure take it up a notch. Why fold up your phone just once when you can do it twice? The tri-fold phone actually offers a 6.55-inch screen when used as a phone, and it expands to a full 10-inch tablet display. However, once it’s completely folded up, the TCL foldable phone is a pretty hefty three-layer device. Additionally, the rolling phone is even less far along in design, though it’s slimmer in concept. The extra screen essentially slides up into the main compartment, rolling out with a motor when you want it.
