Got it
The product does not exist. They still have not shipped. I backed this in 2015
Very very sad. I hope the owners got NOTHING for selling the company.
I’m actually getting a little bit of pain from the top of the molding tips too when I use the large size. The way my ears are I don’t think they would ‘fold over’ any sized tip, just the shape that they are, and because of this it’s a bit uncomfortable. That’s also the bit that I have the most trouble getting in right (because my ears don’t fold over the tip so I don’t know if they are in all the way and end up fussing with them)
And obviously still haven’t seen my Revols. This is beyond a fricken joke...
and had sent email to customer support with no further response
Anyone in the UK received theirs??. Mine were due for delivery on the 19th but not turned up. Import duty paid but no tracking update since the 14th. same situation here ( uk based ) the tracking has not updated since the 13th said it should be delivered on the 14th.
The page you were looking for doesn't exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved" anyone is receiving the same thing?
This for living in EU. This REALLY hurts. But of cause it is my fault. I should have thought about that earlier. Well, the tech is not that good anymore and I have invested in two other bluetooth headphones while waiting. So I won't spend one more dollar on this. Although it hurts not being able to experience the product after waiting for so long. Wish you all the best (Revols and backers).
Shipping continues... Posted by Revols (Creator) Hey Backers,
Throughout the past few weeks, we have been continuing to simultaneously mass produce and ship out units to all of our Kickstarter backers. Here’s a recap of what’s been going on:
Mass Production & Shipping
We have now produced over 4,000 earphones and have delivered to almost 2,500 backers. This week we will be shipping out to another batch of backers and will continue to send out notification emails with the associated tracking numbers as we ship.
The expected manufacturing yield has been slightly less than anticipated and so it is taking us a bit more time than expected to ship out all of the orders. We now anticipate that all orders will be shipped by the beginning of June. We apologize for this slight delay but want to reassure you that mass production is still ongoing and we will be delivering your units as soon as possible. Again, many of you are requesting specific delivery dates however we cannot provide this information at this time.
Support
As a reminder, we have created a Support page that includes help on order-related questions, getting started with your Revols and troubleshooting any issues you may encounter. For any tech support that is not listed on this page, we encourage you to reach out to support@revols.com. We would like to highlight a few recurring issues and/or questions that we have noticed over the last few weeks.
Pairing your Revols to your device
Many backers have reached out describing their inability to properly pair their Revols to their device. You may either notice this when trying to pass the Bluetooth connection step in the app’s customization process and/or if you do not hear sound playing through your Revols when you get to the sound test page. Revols actually requires two separate pairings to take place (one through your phone's bluetooth settings and one directly through the app). You are instructed to hold down the middle button of the inline control box for 5 seconds until you see a flashing blue light. Please note that during this process you will first see the light slowly flash blue, followed by fast flashing. Only once this fast flashing begins can both pairings take place. For additional details on this, please check out this page. Additionally, this video shows the transition from the slow flashing blue light to the fast flashing blue light - the latter is to indicate that you are in pairing/discovery mode and you should now be able to pair properly.
Extra small tips inquiry
We noticed that some people are reaching out to inquire about the extra small tips. Before doing so, we recommend that you wait to receive your Revols so that you can try on both sizes that are included. We are unable to send a pair of extra small tips with your order; it will have to be requested post-delivery and shipped out to you only then.
Faulty earphone connectors
There are some backers who are having difficulty proceeding with the customization process because their molding tips are not connecting properly. If you feel as though your molding tips are constantly disconnecting from your Revols, please reach out to support@revols.com and we will help isolate the issue and replace the necessary component under warranty.
Revols App
Once again we want to remind everyone to prepare for their delivery in advance. Please download the Revols app on your Android or iPhone. This is the first step when receiving your package, so it would be beneficial to get a head start.
We will continue to read your comments on the wall and reach out when necessary. For quick and effective support, reach out to support@revols.com and provide as much information as you can on your specific issue.
We acknowledge how patient you have been and we truly appreciate it. We are almost halfway through delivering to all of our Kickstarter backers and we are happy to hear that so many of you are enjoying your Revols!
Have a great rest of your week!

It is working fine for me as well. There is a tiny bit of a delay (good thing they used analog mics for that) and the sound is higher pitched than in reality, but it works. Only complaint about that feature is the % I want is very music-volume dependent. If you only want a bit of sound to bleed over and you raise the volume you would need to raise the sound scape % as well. Not a big deal, but something to note. Regarding the overall audio quality:
I’m still trying them out, but so far they seem like pretty decent headphones. I haven’t heard a $200+ pair in a very long while so I would like to go try some out to compare. But thus far it’s pretty good. Can hear instruments that I haven’t heard before on tracks when using my AirPods which is always a good sign.
The revols signature EQ setting is pretty nice, I think. It boosts the low and high freqs and keeps the middle essentially flat, which is basically like lowering the mids. When doing the frequency test it seems like the volume is consistent throughout the freq range so this EQ makes sense. You naturally hear the middle portion of the frequency spectrum louder than the rest, that’s just how our hearing operates. So the EQ, in my mind at least, evens that out. I haven’t had a bad experience with the tips yet (just started to use them during activities) so I don’t know what a bad seal would sound like, but it could definitely effect the overall performance. It is a bit annoying getting them in properly every time. And depending on how the tip has pressure applied to it sometimes mine give off a bit of a pop which makes me think the seal got broken. So I’m just left with trying to see if the sound I’m hearing (I hear an occasional bit of tingly-ness) is the audio track quality, my hearing or the headphones themselves. Also I’m getting a feel for them when active which opens up a whole different ball game. Since there is a lot of surface area/contact it seems like sweat can cause potentially serious issues. Especially with the weight of the cord tugging at them (clips need to be used!).
But definitely not worse than $100 headphones at the moment (not that that is great news, but it’s a start). And I need to see how soundscape effects battery life of phone and headphones.
That probably is also my hearing (I don’t really know how that works. I figured if I can hear a frequency I would be able to hear it regardless of volume, especially in the mid range). I am surprised I only start hearing at 17khz though. I didnt think my hearing was that bad. I’ll have to try with my klipsch monitors. Also - I had the same issue with the small earpiece. However, then I looked at the earpiece as a whole and only the in-ear canal bit was especially different than the rest of it before the molding process. So I tried the large size and it is wayyyy more comfortable. My guess is that the large doesn’t go in as far, so it doesn’t hurt as much, but it goes in far enough to make a seal.
Also the rest of the tip had some slight changes, but nothing too crazy. Maybe try the larger tip size and see how it feels?
