I ordered this last OCTOBER and I did not receive my item, I tried to contact them, got a respond saying they will be sending it in January, It is now MARCH and my emails have been ignored. I feel this Is a scam! I am extremely unhappy.

Thanks for reaching out to us Jean. That's bad news. :( They seem to be active on Twitter and had their last tweet on the 6th of March. We'd suggest you to drop another email or tweet and see if they respond?
