Yeah the battery life sucks and the logo did wear off very quickly, and the blue colour paints been coming off. Disappointed in the product.

I've changed the battery once however i've noticed that it can become loose in the actual cap which is why your's might be flashing blue as it hits the contacts again, I ended up having to take the battery out and put it back in making sure the lid to the battery compartment was secured correctly

I can also concur that the ink on the logo began rubbing off almost immediately which is pretty poor. Otherwise the product seems pretty well made. The position of the lid to the cap can be a bit annoying as it gets in the way when you are trying to drink. My biggest gripe though is battery life. I'm already on my third battery in a few months and I haven't been using the device that much. I noticed the blue light flashing occasionally which may have drained it. A firmware fix may be needed. Has anyone else noticed this?

Doesn't calculate water consumption correct every time. App doesn't connect to cap every time either.

Got my units last week. The unit looks good but it seems the computation of water consumption doesnt look accurate. Drank the whole bottle but the app only registered 20ml consumption. Will do more test

App now works on Android 4.4, accurate monitoring of water intake, I like the fact the bottle keeps the water cool. It's the perfect size for me as I'd sooner keep going for fresh water than having it sit in there for too long. 1st challenge is to complete 100% of my water intake which so far hasn't happened

Review: So after I used my Trago Bottle for some days now, I have to say I'm very satisfied with the function of the product itself and the App. The measurement of the fliud intake is quite accurate as far as I can tell. However, unfortunately I can confirm what @Bernhard Rabe said regarding the paint on the cap. This is coming off meanwhile. I think another two or three days and the "trago" logo will be completely black. Nevertheless, all in all it is a great product.
Update review:
The lid where I put my moth is not completely flat. I have some small plastic "noses" that are a little sharp. I had to file it that it is not uncomfortable while drinking.
ALSO the white paint that says "trago" on the cap is getting losse after 2 days of use. I guess it's completely off after a week. I am a bit concerned about the paint and how dangerous it is because it will get into the cap / bottle while washing it...

Received mine some days ago! Really nice product and a nice App (Android).
Would be fine syncing the app with more activity tracking software like Garmin!
Mine arrived today. Is really nicely made. Works good as Farbe as I can tell. I had some problems to open the part where the battery is put in. It was so thight fit that I could barely open it. Then I am kind of disapointed how less water the bottle holds compared to the size. But overall nice done. I also like the app functionally and design wise

Received mine some minutes ago. Really well made product from the looks and feels, so far.
Since its still quite cold I will wait a little bit before I use it. Will follow up on this. I had a battery delivered with it. It was inside(!) the bottle. I can confirm that it is a CR2032 3V
I have received by Trago bottles and to date are disappointed. Neither bottle was shipped with a battery and the website doesn't say the type of battery being used. Perhaps this FAQ could be updated.
2. What is the battery life? Is the battery included? Trago will run for ~6 months on a common coin-cell battery found
in most grocery/drug stores. The battery is included. (If anyone else can provide the details it would be appreciated - I suspect it could be a CR2032 but would prefer confirmation.) Thanks.

Arrived on Saturday in UK picked it up today, app is useless and just crashes constantly, will be putting in a support ticket for that. Bottle looks to be well made at least just can't comment on how useful the app will be!

@Amir they said they were not going to actively check kickstarter and that any issues should be reported directly in their support page, link is on the last update.

Mine is not working anymore. I opened up the battery port hoping to reset the lid. Water had leaked inside and the battery had rust on it. This is in just less the a week of use. I followed instructions, by hand washing it like it said. Also when I try to blow out the water a little piece of metal came out which I believe connected to the battery. I am very sad I had high hopes for this product.

Been using ours for almost a week now, happy so far!:
-The white color on the cap "trago" logo is completely gone, other than that it has been working fine.
-No issues with water intake measurements, it takes a few seconds to update, it is not immediate.
-The small cap needs to be on for the bottle to measure, make sure to close it every time.
-For those who ask about the LEDs on the cap, I think they blink when it syncs with the app, Not sure if they blink to remind you to drink, the app will send you a notification for that. Now question for others:
I know it is supposed to adjust the recommended goal based on weather and activity but mine has shown the same Oz every day, has anyone noticed changes on how much water it recommends per dat??

Mine stopped working after about 6 hours of use, has this happened to anyone else? I already emailed them but am wondering if maybe this has happened to anyone else and maybe I haven't tried something yet. Its connected/paired but when ever i drink water from it it won't register it. The app has the blue loading bar at the top and its always there and never goes away. Any thoughts?

First impressions are good, we too noticed some chips and marks on the paint and cap but overall feels quality material.

Anyway, I received my Trago bottles yesterday evening, and they both arrived with the paint on the bottles already scratched. (I got the blue and the black bottles.) Kind of disappointing. I received my Trago today and unfortunately a small piece in the battery compartment broke while trying to install the battery. I can send pictures if that is helpful.. also hoping to get a replacement cap if possible.

To all international Trago customers! Your order was packaged and is waiting for FedEx to pick it up. The order should be picked up by FedEx during the week of Dec 26th. We use a special batching service from FedEx which drastically drops the cost of international shipping; the trade-off is that international orders take a bit longer to fully enter the FedEx system for tracking. When your order enters the FedEx system, you will be able to track it. Until that time, your tracking number will appear to be invalid. Thank you for your support.
