Get our product (eventually)
Get updates with info on struggles, small successes, pictures of pre-manufacturing things that we have no idea what they are, etc. We bought in to be a part of the journey. That's why you get bugged for silence. That's why we feel hurt when we are promised updates "this week" and you don't even make "this month". Going a quarter of a year without any contact makes us feel abandoned, then frustrated, then angry... break this with simple update words. (no need to write War and Peace)
