Wave Hits the Big Leagues of Electric Bikes

Discovered on 2017-03-02

Wave is becoming a major player in the electric bike market. In addition to breaking price barriers, Wave proves the concept – and popularity – of this sustainable mode of transportation with two new upgraded models. The Wave 2.0 has an aluminum frame which greatly reduces the weight while improving overall durability of the bike. The Wave 2.0 also completely redesigned the battery rack to a smooth and sleeker design. The bike also features Samsung cells, the gold standard of electric bike batteries. The Folding Wave has all the features and design improvements of the Wave 2.0 but with one major new feature: it’s foldable. In addition, it doesn’t require any professional assembly and doesn’t have a battery rack. The benefits of an electric bicycle are obvious: It’s fun to ride for recreation, but it can also be used as an environmentally sustainable means of transportation. Price, however, remains a major obstacle to many people who might otherwise purchase such a bike… until now. The Wave remains at a price point accessible to most consumers unlike most other eBikes and best of all, it will be at a store near you soon…

I purchased one of these bikes on a pre-order; It arrived a few months ago, broken, and I have been STRUGGLING with customer service ever since. DO NOT BUY AS THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SUPPORT.

An fascinating discussion is worth comment. I believe that it is best to write more on this matter, it may not be a taboo subject but typically persons are not enough to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers

I agree with Brian. I bought a bike arrived damaged and I can’t get any response via email and to date have seen no phone numbers. I wish I hadn’t made this purchase

Received defective bike over 2 years ago, still haven’t received correct replacement part. Stay as far away from this company as you can, buyer beware!
