Wood Piece Pocket Memo

This Wood Piece Pocket Memo, sold under the Appree brand, was created by South Korean designer Nam SangWoo for BuyMeDesign. The aim is to provide an indirect link to nature. In this case, these are simple sticky notes that are made to look like a thin and square piece of wood. The texture seems so real that anyone could easily mistake it for real red pine tree wood. Handwritten notes on what seems like a piece of wood are sure to be a lot more personal than an email, IM or SMS. Not to mention that it’s hard to miss a piece of wood stuck to the mirror or fridge or a bag. Each pack contains 120 notes aka wood pieces.
