When you put on your watch in the morning, does it reflect who you are? Well, it should! We live in a time when everyone has the same stuff, racing for the latest phone, fastest laptop and most advanced gadget. Every single one of these devices will soon be obsolete. Your WATCH, on the other hand, is a chance to reflect your value of striking design and timeless mechanics, and that is why we hope you’ll join us in bringing the Limited Edition SOLOSCOPE Automatic to life. Let the latest and boldest mechanical watch by XERIC remind you — and everyone around you — that you are making your own mark. It’s time to go SOLO. The SOLOSCOPE Automatic is mechanical, so the motion of your wrist is all it needs for power. This personal time machine will be right there on your wrist through all the forced upgrades of your gadgets and their planned obsolescence. At XERIC Watches, we are taking a step back to classic mechanical watches, affordably priced, so that you can move forward in your individuality. We believe our creations focus on what really matters when you’re the one with most striking watch in your world. The SOLOSCOPE Automatic separates display from mechanics. It has a single hand, fusing hours and minutes in a distinctive but simple display balancing function and style. This hand encircles the hour and points to the minutes. The other half of the face exposes twin balance wheels, and the mechanics that powers the watch in reaction to motion of your wrist. A watch isn’t complete without a great leather strap. We’ve proudly teamed up with the historic American Tannery HORWEEN for some undeniably awesome time belts!

Contrary to your announcement I didn't receive a tracking number or mail reg. the delivery date.
Can you bring me up to speed?
Glad it arrived safely. Our apologies on the instructions manual. It's been uploaded to the Xeric.com Support page now.

I wonder if the emails being sent to you aren't making it through. We received your watch on April 25th. Your watch had to be shipped back to the factory for repair. That shipment left our warehouse May 2nd. It will take an additional 60 days for the watch to reach them, repair it, and then ship it back. As soon as we have it back, we'll send you an email to confirm your shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience. We're committed to make sure you have a watch on your wrist that you love and that functions as it should. Thanks @Bugger Great to hear it. Thanks @jungchai kang Sorry to hear that. Please email contact@xeric.com and warranty@xeric.com. They'll be able to take care of you. Can anyone update me the status of my return watch?
The only reply i received weeks ago is "We do apologize for the delay, once your strap and watch is ready to ship you will receive an email notification from the Xeric Warranty department Thanks! " Can at least update me how long it going to take, days? weeks?months?years?
I do not feel like I have a broken item, but it's absurd to happen until this happens.
I've checked two or three times by e-mail(angela), but I do not know how to handle it. I'm feeling pretty bad.
What should I do?
I'm disappointed that you can handle it quickly.
You did not check it after all.
Please contact me fast
Thanks
I did take pictures of the packing box and have sent it to contact[at]xeric.com as well as tried to file a claim with the customs office as the package was processed at customs.
Mail theft is a crime here in Germany as well. But the mail theft handling must be done on the senders side, as the sending ist done by you. The postal service used is your contractor, not mine.
The response from the watches.com team was really unacceptable so far:
"Our warehouse performed a cycle count and mock shipment and your package has been confirmed to have shipped with the watch inside. You must file a claim for mail theft with your local customs office. As stated in our terms and conditions, once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier." (support person from watches.com) That basically tells, that its my problem if the watch is not delivered.
I am reaching out to you here in hope to get this resolved.
I was helping to get this project going by pledging and waiting. I paid for the watch and for shipping. So I expect to get a watch delivered. Getting a watch not delivered is not acceptable. Please tell how you want to resolve this.
I asked yesterday:
What is the right number of rotoations per day for the soloscope automation clock!
I need this information for my watch winder! Your answer was:
We only recommend using the clockwise rotation since every watch winder has different intervals settings. But I need the information how many rotation in clockwise are relevant to charge the clock for 1 day. Than i can set the correct interval setting (for example 1200 rotations per day) on my watch winder.
I hope you can help me!
Thanks!

Hey guys, please refer to update #21
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/watchismo/xeric-soloscope/posts/1824287 You pledged for the Soloscope RQ or SQ rewards. Those should be shipping to us at the end of this month. We're waiting on an update from the factory. We're hounding them every day. Thanks

Greetings!
Would you be so kind to provide me with an update? Thanks!
I was one of the unlucky ones to get a malfunctioned Soloscope. So far the bad news... But... the good news is, that Xeric had given me a great service! They promptly replied on my mails and, although I had to send back the watch from the Netherlands, I've got it if back in only 2 weeks and 2 days, and my Soloscope runs nicely now! Even more, to compensate the shipping costs I had to make, they offered me an extra (original) strap, for free!
So the service of Xeric, I only can reward with a '10'! Thanks guys!
Thanks
