Been using the CLAIRY with the snake plant. Really loving it. Just wondering.... Will there be anymore upgrade on the app with more details as to what the sensor is detecting? Or will it be as is since your 2nd project is already in progress? Keep up the great work. :)

It's unacceptable that after telling me my tripod shipped 1.5 months ago, that I'm just now finding out after inquiring again that it hasn't shipped at all, but supposedly will next week. Pardon me if I don't hold much faith in this new shipping date. I've sent an email to regarding this situation.

To the Management of Clairy, I must say that you people define the boundaries of customer service. My problem was solved within 2 weeks sitting in India. My refund was successfully granted with great effort by the Clairy team for the metallic grills. Aisha, It is really unfortunate and unprofessional as your people told me first that the grids will be sent in sometime as they are busy but then after my probing your reply to me is, "sorry we are unable to do so!!". You have taken my money since more than two years for the entire package and your team didn't have the courtesy to inform me before hand that you will not be able to fulfill the entire order due to whatever reason. If I hadn't asked again and again my money would have been lost. Now, moving ahead, kindly tell me how and when will I get my refund for the grids? Hi, whenever I try to scan the QR code, I keep getting an "Saving device configuration error. Check your internet connection and retry." My internet connection is fine, so I don't know why I'm getting this error. Any suggestions? I've already tried restarting the internet

Cannot link my Clairy to app.
I connected to the Clairy wifi and the app also shows connected. However, the app stuck in checking the serial and firmware. I tried reset the Clairy and app but it did not help. My app is most updated. Any solution?
@Nicole we are working on your situation. We contacted UPS and they tried to pick up the broken Clairy three times. After that I contacted them again and they tried yesterday. Please, reply to the email, I gave you the UPS number so you can schedule the pick up. We are working to give you the best service :)

Guys, I had issues with the led not turning on. Turns out the power connection to the pot needs to be fully locked in (had to push it in harder than usual). Then just a tap with the magnetic cap with the metal side facing the pot.

So disappointed with Clairy. It came broken and I immediately contacted them on every website and email address possible. They asked for pictures and my phone number. I sent pictures...the outer pot has a huge chunk broken out of it. I gave them my phone number and asked for a way to contact them and somewhere to send the broken pot in order to receive a replacement. I have heard nothing back. I am very very disappointed. Going to look in to having my credit card company go after them if I do not hear back soon.

Just to say that I did not received my Clairy yet and in my last response on Nov 28th, after nov. 17th when they said that all devices were shipped, they told me that mine will be shipped as soon as possible. So that means not all were shipped.

*update* it works on my old iPhone on iOS 10, so seems like an issue connecting to poor security WiFi on iOS 11.

Every time I try to connect to the WiFi my iPhone keeps saying “weak security” and cancels the connection. The app registers it’s connected, but because the WiFi cuts off it keeps failing to check the firmware and serial. Any advice please?

@jeffrey: make sure that you turn on the Clairy using the magnet (see their video). You should then see a green light come on.

I have not planted anything in my Clairy's yet - so late in the year that I cannot find anything locally. Will have to order something in.
I did however plug both of them in and there is no LED light to indicate that it is getting power. Has anyone else noticed this? Do you have to have a plant in it in order for it to turn on?

Sweet! I got my second one, though I will admit, it looks more black than blue. Maybe in the right light? I do like the design but the app is making it frustrating. It no longer can connect to the services and is stuck on the front loading screen. Before that, it only updated 1 of the clairy's once and stopped on the 2nd one. I hope this gets fixed soon!
