@Paul,
Thanks!! How could I miss that. Found it. Never looked at the slider as a slider, hahaha...🙏😏

@ Marielle - As well as 6 min, you can set the grapher from 10 min to 30 min in 5 min increments. Where it says "select length" just drag the round button along the bar.

Review from Kickstarter
It would be great to be able to clear my dashboard per game. So that if I go to a higher level, I can reset that section.
Also, while I am reflecting wishes 😁, is it possible to get an option in the Grapher to set it longer then just the 6 minutes? I would love to do my morning meditation of 20 minutes with the grapher attached to see my progress. Like the option in the Grapher within Wild Devine in the old days.
And, I really love the music “Oohhmmm” from the bodyscan. So the option for the Grapher for 20 minutes and to choose with it the “Oohhmmm” music would be fantastic! That way you can use all the practice you get from Relaxing Rhythms into action with the Grapher to see your results 🙏
Or am I going to crazy now....

@Marielle, Thanks for your questions! We are discussing the best way to create a community forum, but we will keep you updated on this. Just to clarify, the Dashboard’s reset button is to reset the Dashboard’s view by clearing any selected filters or custom dates. Although, it is a great idea to create a Dashboard reset button - would you prefer this to clear the entire page or only a certain selection of events? Thank you for your feedback, and we’re so happy to hear you’re enjoying the iom2 on your iPad!

Any news about a community forum of any kind? Love to share my experiances and questions with other users and chat about issues.
The dashboard has a reset button, but does not reset. As I was playing and trying several options within the game, I would like to reset my dashboard and start with fresh data so I can better see my progress. Is this a known issue? And, I love practising with the iom2! Playing mostly on my iPad, where I did buy it for. Working great!!

@Susannah, sorry for the confusion. Any international shipment is subject to duty charges and is unfortunately out of our control. As for setup instructions, you should see inside the box "Start Here" with a URL to set up your account. We also included it in the welcome email you should have received when the device shipped. Please head over to www.unyte.com/setup to create your Unyte account. From here you will be able to download all of the available Journeys. Here as well is a support article which describes the setup process in detail:

If you have any issues with setting up your account, the software or the iom2 don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@unyte.com

@Tom: Thanks for all of your comments! As for the finger sensors, now that we have our foundational products launched, we have shifted our focus to finalizing our finger sensors and skin conductance (GSR) features. That said, we are not yet in a position to provide an accurate timeline of when these will be completed, tested and shipped. We will keep everyone posted as we make more progress over the next month or so. Additionally, we’re happy to hear you were able to use RR on your iPad; however, we’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. We have sent you an email to learn more about your experience and provide additional support!

@Sarb: Hi Sarb, we apologize for the frustration with the import taxes and duties. Like we discussed with Duncan, these charges are unfortunately out of our control, as any international orders from any e-commerce site may be subject to import taxes. So sorry about that again. @Gregory: We’re so happy to hear you’ve been enjoying the Journeys on all of your different devices! That’s odd about the bright pink hue from Escapes. While Escapes includes The Classics, events taken from Wild Divine’s The Passage from many years ago, the events shouldn’t appear pink! Thank you for letting us know, and we will look into this.

@Brownyn: We’re glad that you’ve been able to use your iom2 on your laptop. We have messaged you directly to ensure you have now been able to also use it with your Android device. Sorry to hear the graphics are not looking great on your old laptop, as they have been updated and should look very clear and high-quality on any modern device. We can also discuss this with you and troubleshoot in more detail if you'd like!

Well, I guess my enthusiasm was a little premature. Althought I can hear the voice, Relaxing Rhythms 1 defaults to the Grapher when I choose Self Exploration. When I try to get out by hitting ‘settings’ the screen darkens and freezes. A Major disappointment. Now I know how Charlie Brown feels. I am using an iPad Pro and the most recent operating system.

I received mine but am jealous of everyone, Even those with need of help. I'm not in the position of even opening it. I'll keep visiting here so by the time I do maybe I'll be a pro at setup and stuff. Hope everyone is receiving theirs and becoming very relaxed backers.

Fuming. Here in the UK I have to pay an import charge of over £20. This isn't good enough. Surely you should have advised customers of this. I'm so annoyed right now.

In a short period of time, Unyte has managed total success where Wild Divine failed over many, many years. I’ve been using my Ipad and am looking forward to the release of more programs.

I received my IOM2 and have successfully got it working with my Mac, Windows 10 computer, and my iPhone. I am still testing out all the apps, but so far everything seems to be working well with the exception of the some of the graphics on the "Escapes" program on both the Mac and Windows computer are a bright pink and don't seem to change even if the event has been successfully completed. Other then that, keep up the great work. Looking forward to using this product across all my platforms. If the opportunity exists, I would interested in beta testing future products.

Dumb question alert: how do I connect the iOM to my android phone? I've used it successfully on my laptop though the graphics on my laptop are pretty awful (I think that's the age of the laptop because the graphics were a real appeal on the old Wild Divine). SO good to have the device so I can use it with my clients for pain management.

If anyone else has problems with a repeating "adjust the sensor" error, I was able to get a good reading by clipping the HR sensor to the webbing between my thumb and the rest of my hand. (My earlobes are too thin for the clip.)

Thank you for reacting so quickly on my cry for help! I got the iPad software up and running, and connected with my device now. The big trick is to first start the game, and then when the Journey is “complaining” about the connction, press the connection button. Great update on the FAQ- instruction on this issue!
I will try the laptop and desktop version tomorrow.

I got my device today! I was prepared for the fax-fee, so I did not mind.
Glad to see that there are already 2 apps for the iPad and wanted t start playing to see how it works comparing to Wild Divine.
The software won’t connect to the hardware. Found the blue tooth device in my iPad, but the software keeps trying to connect to the device. Just will not pick it up :-( Installed the software on my windows laptop. States USB connected, but also here the software hangs at “connect device” retry (5)(4)(3)(2)(1) retry.
So I still cannot use it and play with it.
Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Review from Kickstarter
I received my unit today and did some testing. The ear sensor does not work reliably on my earlobe, so that I keep getting a "adjust your sensor" message and the activities pause, but if I move it to a thicker part of my ear, it seems to work. The Android version of the Body Scan software runs, but will not quit normally on my Moto 3G running Android 6.x-- it keeps restarting, even though I confirm that I want to exit. As noted in the "update" comments, I'm not able to get the Relaxing Rhythms 2 software working with an iPad Mini (1st gen) on iOS 9.3.5. The welcome video plays, but once the actual software starts, it crashes immediately. If this configuration isn't supported, the entry in the Apple store should be configured to warn the user before download. Personally, I find the ear sensor inconvenient. I don't usually wear earrings, but my ears are pierced and it's possible the skin around the piercing doesn't react the way the sensor expects it to. Alternatively, perhaps the hinge space in the clip is too large for my ears. Small movements tend to dislodge the sensor clip. If the design for the GSR finger sensors isn't locked down yet, I would prefer to have a finger sensor for HRV input as part of the GSR sensor unit. A wrist strap combining HRV and GSR would be even better. I'm still glad I backed the project, and I'm happy to finally have my IOM2. These comments are offered in the spirit of constructive criticism.

I am on the UK. Tracking is rubbish and on top of that, I've just had a payment demand for £32. This ridiculous and will be the last project I back on here. I thought ALL duty is paid for by Unyte. Clearly not, and very disappointing.
Unyte Health Inc.
Review from Kickstarter
@Duncan: Thanks very much for your comment. We're very sorry for the confusion on this. Tracking information is updated by the shipping companies directly. Orders shipped via USPS would partner with Royal Mail in the UK for delivery so there may be a delay in updating tracking info. For your order specifically, I can see updates posted for the shipment’s entire journey.
As for your comment regarding duties, anytime an order is shipped internationally it is subject to import taxes and duties of the receiving country. We would love it if this weren't the case, but these are unfortunately out of our control. For legal and insurance purposes the value of the shipped item must be declared. Companies are not eligible to ship products as gifts to avoid paying duties. Please see this article from the UK government’s website:
https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/gifts They state: To qualify as gifts, goods must be for a birthday, anniversary or other occasion and bought and sent between individuals (not companies). I hope this helps to clarify. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@unyte.com if there is anything else we can do to help you. And we do hope you enjoy your iom2 experience in the very near future.

Review from Kickstarter
I am fuming here in the UK. The tracking is, as has already been discussed, atrocious. But to top it all off, I've just received an update stating it has been held for payment of import tax. I'm not sure what's going on, but I backed a company to do the development of an item, not purchase an item. So to be informed that I'm being charged for what is, in effect, a "gift" from Unyte I am extremely upset. I'm probably so upset that my sense of grammar has "gone to pot"! I was intending to test and then wholeheartedly recommend your product, but I'm seriously reconsidering that now.

Thanks to the backers who have told us about the arrival of their units. Unfortunately, Unyte has not taken any initiative in this area. It seems like the process is going very slowly. I guess they really don’t care to give us clear, up to date information on the fulfillment of the purchases. In other words, they “just don’t get it”. A little more respect for us would go a long way to easing the frustrations of the backers.

Review from Kickstarter
To backers speculating that the device doesn’t exit... I received my iom yesterday (5/3/18) & took it for a quick test-drive; it seems to work, though the heart rate it shows sometimes seems quite a bit off from my fitbit’s reported number—though it looks like they’re both using the same tech to measure heart rate, so maybe they’re each fudging the numbers in different ways. Anyway, I’m backer number 3 and live in Phoenix, AZ, USA, if that gives you any indication of their fulfillment progress. (More data points are needed, obviously.) I hope everyone gets their devices soon. What I want to know is: 1) What is the ETA on iOS software, and 2) Is there a way for my wife to share the device & software and record her progress without buying all the software a second time?
Tom
Review from Kickstarter
It would be nice to know where you are in terms of fulfilling the orders for the backers. It would not be difficult to let us know that you have shipped the units to backers x to x. When the next batch is ready you can inform everyone that hardware for backers x to x is shipping on x date. The fact that you are not sharing this information can be interpreted as indifference to those people who put trust in your project and put up the money for a product that has not been created. You also must realize that there are people like me, who spent considerable money on the Wild Divine product, which never worked correctly. I am pointing this out because it is possible that it is not indifference to the backers, but just a matter of trying to make sure the product works as advertised. So try putting yourselves in our position as people who funded the project, and give more detailed and frequent updates on the shipping. If you do, it will probably calm people, which is what the device and software are intended for.
