Hello Matt, We shipped the rewards out many many months ago. Everyone should of received there rewards about 3-4 months ago. We have on file the tracking and carrier information of your rewards that were sent to you. In your personal Kickstarter messages, we posted an update with the tracking and carrier information from October 2017. Check your personal records on Kickstarter, and we can sort out any confusion there. Thank You,

I would like to retract and apologize for my previous post. I never saw an indicator that I had a new message, but that clearly isn't Spergotech's fault, as they did reply in a timely manner.

Hello Daniel,
The backerkit survey for address changes are still live. You are still able to go back into your survey link and change your address as we speak. However, since fulfillment of the goods has started, after this weekend, addresses will be locked and sent accordingly. Lets all pray for Florida and the massive storm coming their way. Best,
Spergo Team

Hello! Yes an update is coming very soon. We're actually placing it together as we speak. We've gotten some news in about certain things and everything is on track for the start of fulfillment to take place in August. We wanted to inform everyone of the latest developments with a few pictures and information directly from our factories. Stay tuned as we'll be posting something by this Friday . Thanks for your interest guys!

Hello Mark - The back rest at this moment is not adjustable. However, the starting position of the backrest allows for an upright position and if a more reclined position is needed, the new strap system allows for users to recline back and stretches to a certain limit. The straps aren't personally adjustable, but if your considering to use it in an upright position, the original position of the backrest will work just fine for your needs. Lastly, we have already started to work some new adjustments according to backer suggestions and design implementations that we wanted to incorporate after the campaign concluded. This was set to take place in April and we're already on it. With us getting a jump on things, we're able to possibly consider an adjustable strap system. We want to keep manufacturing capabilities within the budget of the campaign funding, but getting a head start might allow us to look for even better ways to improve the design and still deliver rewards way ahead of time, which is set for August/ September.

Is the back rest adjustable?
I mean can I adjust the angle to more of an upright position?

KaiserKai - Hahaha your truly a pleasure to speak with! Well, what are great young lady at your side! After all, fulfillment is set to go out in the Fall (August) so you have some time to get the waist line nice and tight. However, we're working on factoring in special durability to all of the SatchelBord's so that way no add-on would be needed. Because of yours and other great backers' wonderful input, it's allowing us to factor in other requirements of making the SatchelBord and TabBord. For now, the extra material and factors seem to work out well with the manufacturers, but if it does increase the cost a little, we'll have it as an option as you've mentioned. Wonderful idea! Btw, trending at 22K at the moment..hands crossed! We'll be able to just hit our stretch goal of the Midnight-Black Special Edition SB color. Thanks for getting the word out KaiserKai! You rock!

Much appreciated. Granted my wife has me on a strict diet so I should be able to meet the requirements soon, but better safe than sorry. As said, happy to pay extra, maybe as an addon at survey time. On a general note 11k for now, just trending to make 20k. Ill be banging the drum for sure, this product is really cool.

KaiserKai - Hahaha will do certainly! We're sure that we can be able to factor in superior durability for our wonderful backers gifted with big bones. We really appreciate the interest and we're including every extra feature we can into the SatchelBord.

I didn't notice about the weight problem since I'm exceeding 240 pounds, and I don't mind to pay a bit more for a "heavy duty" version.

Chris Bødker Drost posts a great question, thank you for your interest! We have taken the SatchelBord through numerous of stress tests in order to find the best place for the strap system and it's maximum potential in durability. Even as we speak, the straps have even been reset to allow even more stress from users providing more support for the backrest. In the FAQ section we updated that the ideal weight for users shouldn't exceed more than 230-240 pounds. However, by the time SatchelBord goes through more manufacturing increases, which is happening now through April, the amount of stress will increase from that weight range. The trick is the best placed straps and the number of straps without sacrificing elbow/ arm room. Message us for more details in stress capabilities and be sure to continue watching the FAQ section for questions such as these. -Spergo Team

When using this product as a chair, have you tested it for max durability? Done some stress-testing?
I'm asking because I'm a rather big guy (120kg) and would hate for the straps to break when enjoying a nice sunday in the park.

I would like to add a Tabbord to my Satchelbord order. Do I add $65 to my pledge?
