I need to apologize to Clairy for my previous comment about laggy on/off fan-control function! After trying network setting several times with my IT colleaage, I think the reason is the firewall system of my company. If I connect my lovely Nature to internet-only wifi, the laggy issue is GONE! Instantly on/off with my control in the app! Hand down! Also, now I can remotely conrol my Nature in Cellular TOO (a little time delay but ok)! Clairy, please forgive me. Please keep polishing the app and make it more powerful and intuitive!

Just yesterday, I receive my Clairy Nature in my office! So excited! In the day + 1, I give several suggestions for the app:
1. In the Trend Page, I have to swipe time/day index left/right to get the current data. When entering the Page forst time, I think the latest data point should be at the ceter of the graph (also add a shining ball). Please set this as default.
2. Also, I can only tap left/right arrows on th top to change day/week/month. But if I want to go back, the tapping time depends on how far I go to. I hope we can double-tap the graph to go back to current day/week/month more quickly.
3. In the Fan-Control Page, the on/off function is laggy. I don't know whether or not I'm in the Asia, and the server is in the Europe (I guess). I've tried many times in both WiFi/Cellular networks. The app is not always sync with my Clairy Nature. Although the function works (but really laggy), I have no cofidence to leave the Clairy Nature in the office.
4. Timer is great. But I hope I can edit the title of each setting.
5. "Pull down to update/sync status" could be the best solution. All above is my personal opinions, thanks for your reading! GO GO Clairy!

@Jack yes we sent out before just the surveys to who bought the Clairy bundle. The official Survey will be available once we collect all the data from Kickstarter, probably next week, stay tuned!!

Here are some of my observations (maybe Clairy could add or falsify?): The Natade has ...
1. an additional photocatalytic filter. Thereby filtering out also bacterias, viruses ...
2. a better air flow.
3. allows you to see the quality of the air at the plant pot through the LED pulses without opening the app.
4. a quieter fan with control of the fan speed.
5. can now also connect via Bluetooth which should make the setup easier. Hope this covers the most parts.
But why would the promise that the Clairy would be send out the next week?
They know the Kickstarter procedures by now.
Hopefully. I canceled my Clairy order through their website since I trusted the Clairy would be send out like described next week.
Today’s update confused me:
“As we receive all details about your pre-orders from Kickstarter in the next couple of weeks, we will send you a survey so that you can choose the color of your NATEDE and your Clairy.” Couple of weeks? I hope you can keep your promise and send me my Clairy and the wooden stand next week, right?

I'm still supporting without a reward and offer my congratulations. Sad I won't be able to buy a Natede at this time, but I hope to get one retail in some months from now!
@Clairy Here is an idea for your website. How about having a photo wall with all the backers (who like to join) from this and the last campaign with their Natede or Clairy? So the person and the Natede/Clairy. I would think this would be much more powerful than just saying 3000 happy backers (don’t forget the Facebook reviews show also those who had problems).

I'm a very-starter at planting - let's just say I've never did it before. Is it OK, if I buy a plan in the store (from the selection list you've already given) and just put from the old pot to Natede with the ground and with everything? Or do I need a little work, and if I need: what should I do? :) Is there a description or anything that you may send? Thanks!
