I've had a mixed experience with the level of support I've received from your company so far, but the lack of a prompt reply during this time is unacceptable. I was an early backer to your product, and backed a double-pack for myself and a gift for a friend. After a hiccup with the first delivery, I finally received a shipment on October 6th, as one of the last customers to receive their shipment. This shipment only had ONE upright go. Please check your files! This is the 4th email I have sent since then. At this point, I'm exhausted with the constant back and forth, and fight I've had to put up with your company. I'm not even excited about your product anymore. Please get back to me by the end of the week with a shipment confirmation or I will file a claim with Visa. It's now been 2 weeks without a response. Yeah and as I said to them, its not a matter of sensitivity. Tts also not a matter of how long I slouch for. The little man stays green until I go into an almost comical slouch. I find I have to calibrate it almost slouching so I can get any use out of it.

I've received my unit yesterday. Tried the first training program earlier this day, the unit was on my back for about 15 minutes. Now I want to place it back again but the adhesive is just not working, after one session. What should I do with it? Don't wanna change the adhesive layer every day!

I took me over a month after my first contact, but I finally received a replacement UprightGo after the first shipment stopped tracking.
Have yet to try it out, but at least I received the product.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you find the vibration to be too soft from what you expected. We do have new vibration patterns coming up soon so hopefully it will help you more. Yes, you are correct the Upright GO is also designed to be on a stand alone mode. Whenever you are on the go, and feeling like training and tracking your posture without dealing with your phone, simply follow these steps: Turn UPRIGHT GO on. Place it on your back and hold an upright position. Calibrate it by double clicking the power button.
UPRIGHT GO will respond with 2 vibrations. The app is supported on the smart watch so if you want it to vibrate through the smart watch then you need to be with app logged on and not on the stand alone mode. But i will go ahead and check if its a feature that is possible to have in the future. Many thanks and good luck with the training �

Unfortunately the Upright GO is not meant to prevent you from chair sliding. We do have the Upright PRO (our previous device) that can train you on your lower back and then to teach you how to sit upright and not slide down the chair. Let me know if you have further questions.

I actually looked at the conversation you had with the support agent and he explained how to calibrate and adjust the settings of the sensitivity correctly so it vibrates once you not in your Upright position. Before calibrating you need to be in your Upright position (Upright posture, but to be comfortable) once you slouch from this position it will vibrate to alert you. Hi, I received my upright go a while ago, but never had the time to pull it out of its box. I backed the project to have a go at my back curvature as my wife was always complaining about that. I took 2, one for a family member suffering from the same issue as I have and we both found that the vibration way way too subtle to be felt.
I am sorry, I haven't read all the comments here, but I believe the problem is partly due to the lack of sensory sensitivity (awareness) I have on the back on the area where the upright go is placed. I tried to stick it higher, it's more noticeable but not as good as I was expecting.
I think, I haven't verify that the upright go can work without being connected to the phone, right?
If it is, can you push a notification to notification bar when it detected slouching? That in turn would have my smartwatch vibrates (which is definitely more noticeable), and I think I could get my smartwatch/or a cheap smartband to vibrates once every time it sees the notification.

I received mine today. Further comments for later, but... I just slip in my chair and was half laying down, but it did not vibrate. When I noticed, I got up right and tried slopping forward. It automatically vibrated. Won't this help me with chair sliding?

I agree with some comments stating that you’d need to be slouching really bad to be considered slouching using the upright go.

Hi there, after 3 weeks, my upright go won't properly register with the app. My phone considers it connected, the settings part of the app seems to think it's there, too, but it can't be updated, nor will it register on the main screen for calibration.

Anyone else feel you'd need to be quasimodo to be considered slouching? I tried calibrating while slightly slouched to make it more accurate and it still reckons I spent the whole day upright. Not impressed so far.
