BLACKBIRD is a vacuum coffee canister system built to keep beans fresh with one touch. A wireless pump powers multiple canisters, so one device covers your whole coffee setup.
- One-touch vacuum sealing: Tap the sensor button and the 40 kPa motor pulls air from the canister, then stops once sealing is complete.
- Controlled pressure design: BLACKBIRD reaches -0.4 bar of vacuum pressure, low enough to protect aroma while cutting oxygen-driven aroma loss by an estimated 24 to 32 percent.
- One-way valve: The valve lets CO2 escape while blocking oxygen from entering, which helps stabilize flavor as beans age.
- Dual-filter structure: Filters keep coffee grounds and particles out of the pump mechanism, so canisters stay easier to clean.
