CoCube Coding Robot: Overview
CoCube is a palm-sized robot built for hands-on coding and STEM learning, with precise positioning, wireless connectivity, and a growing library of snap-on modules.
- Millimeter-Level Positioning: CoCube uses a high frame-rate positioning system with 1° angular resolution, so the robot knows exactly where it is on the map at all times. This makes tasks like maze navigation and multi-robot formation reliable and repeatable.
- Magnetic Expansion Modules: A 4-pin magnetic port lets you attach sensors, an LED matrix, a servo gripper, or an AI camera without tools or wiring. Because each module connects the same way, swapping between them mid-project takes seconds.
- Built-In Display and Connectivity: The 1.54-inch full-color TFT screen pairs with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy, so the robot can show feedback and communicate with other devices or robots in real time.
- AI Camera Option: The K210-powered AI camera module adds color detection, face recognition, and QR code reading. This brings machine learning into reach without any advanced setup.
- MicroBlocks Programming: CoCube runs on MicroBlocks, a block-based coding environment suited for beginners. As skills grow, the same platform supports more complex logic and multi-robot coordination.
CoCube fits comfortably in a classroom kit or a home project, making it a practical starting point for robotics and coding.
