The Concentra Watch is a beautiful creation by designer and computer graphics pioneer Daniel Will-Harris. It has a black dial with sixty small openings in four concentric circles. Daniel says the openings, one for each minute of the hour, are “portholes on time.” The hour of the day is indicated by a line of dots that goes blue, while the minutes are tracked by red dots. The black dial is encapsulated in a sleek and polished stainless steel silver casing, and strapped to your wrist with a soft metallic graphite leather band. If you’re killing time, it’s natural that you get the urge to start fiddling with your watch. But these are concentric circles you’re playing with, and if you stare at it too long you could easily end up hypnotizing yourself.
