Google Fitbit Edge Fitness Tracker: Overview
Google Fitbit Edge is a slim fitness tracker developed with Stephen Curry. It pairs a bright AMOLED screen with health sensors and up to 7 days of battery life.
- Glanceable display: The 1.34-inch always-on screen is 45% bigger than the Charge 6, so stats and Google Maps directions are easy to read.
- Workout tracking: Built-in GPS and an altimeter map routes and climbs. Plus, it recognizes over 40 exercise modes on its own.
- Heart and health data: Sensors track heart rate, SpO2, HRV, and skin temperature. As a result, it can flag signs of AFib.
- Optional coaching: A Google Health Premium membership, sold separately, adds a Gemini-built coach that adjusts workouts to your sleep and readiness.
- Replaceable battery: A 90-minute charge lasts up to a week. You can also replace the battery to extend the tracker’s life.
