Roborock RockAqua P1 Robotic Pool Cleaner: Overview
Roborock is teasing the RockAqua P1, a cordless robotic pool cleaner built to handle shallow areas, waterlines, and pool floors that other robots often miss.
- Shallow-Area Cleaning: It cleans down to 15 cm, reaching sun shelves and platforms other robots skip, with anti-fall sensors for safety near edges.
- Smart Route Planning: It adjusts its path for bowl-shaped floors, slopes, and steps, then steers around drain covers using vision.
- Waterline Cleaning Mode: It scrubs back and forth along the pool edge, cutting down on buildup and hand scrubbing.
- ClearVision Smart Patrol: It spots visible debris like leaves first, then focuses on the areas that need it most.
- Powerful Suction and Filtration: A 6800 GPH pump with dual-layer filtration, 180 and 70 micron, captures leaves, sand, and fine debris in a 4-liter basket.
Roborock calls this just the beginning, with a full reveal still to come for the RockAqua P1.
