Seeed Studio reGoggles Smart Goggles: Overview
Seeed Studio’s reGoggles are safety goggles with a 12MP camera built in. They record what a frontline worker sees and send that footage to the AI you choose.
- Protection and capture in one: They replace standard safety goggles and fit with a hard hat, so recording adds no extra gear.
- Synced first-person data: Video, audio, and IMU data share one timeline. As a result, teams can replay tasks and trace defects.
- Hands-free help: Three mics and two speakers handle voice commands, so remote experts or AI can guide workers.
- Your data, your AI: Wi-Fi and BLE send data to cloud LLMs or an air-gapped local stack. Because of this, footage stays in-house.
- Open and expandable: Open-source firmware runs on the Allwinner V881. Plus, two expansion ports add extra cameras or ToF sensors.
