The monitor comes with a simple visual guidance layout that will make you understand your workout intensity and calorie burn easily and thus result in a smart as well as a motivating training session. There is a smartwatch feature with a built-in accelerometer which tracks speed, pace, distance and stride rate for walking, jogging and running.
