Apple iMac with M6: Overview
The Apple iMac with M6 is a thin all-in-one desktop with a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display. It handles family schedules, schoolwork, photo editing, and local AI tasks.
- M6 chip: Up to a 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU add two cores each, so apps feel snappy and graphics run up to 2x faster than M4.
- On-device AI: A Dual 16-core Neural Engine and Neural Accelerators in each GPU core run AI tasks up to 5x faster than M4, while local models keep data private.
- 4.5K display: The screen reaches 500 nits with P3 wide color, so photos and video look bright and accurate.
- Video calls: A 12MP Center Stage camera keeps you in frame, and Desk View shows your desk from above.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and up to four Thunderbolt 4 ports move large files fast.
Pick from seven colors and pre-order the iMac with M6 from $1,499, with deliveries starting November 6.
