Introducing the Vie Belles Handcrafted Chef’s Knives. Unique and exquisite, the knives in this collection use the finest craftsmanship and materials for a durable design. The Vie Belles Knives include the Classic, Pro, and Luxury Pro. Each is a chef’s knife with an 8-inch blade. The Classic, as the name suggests, is beautifully classic. It combines Pakka wood and German stainless steel for a Rockwell hardness rating of 56. The Pro takes things up a notch with stunning olive wood and Damascus steel. The 2.5mm-thick blade has a hardness rating of 61-62. Both the Classic and the Pro have 50 hours of handcrafting perfection. Finally, the Luxury Pro combines black Micarta, cocobolo wood, and Damascus steel. The patterned and mirrored blade is ultra sharp. This knife has over 100 handcrafted hours to bring it to perfection. Each of the knives is tested and approved by Maryam Ghargharechi, a top chef.
