The Skyline Ruler from Monkey Business is a design created by Shelly Freiman. It’s a marked ruler with the city skyline above it. You can get rulers sporting the London, New York, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Toronto and Jerusalem skylines. You can draw measured straight lines with the ruler if that’s what you need. A straight line may indeed be the shortest distance between two points, but that’s not usually a lot of fun. It would be a lot more enjoyable, especially if you have nothing better to do, to use the ruler for exploring and drawing city skylines while you’re going from A to B on paper. You can divide sections of the paper into cities or use the Skyline Ruler to give the page a city skyline as a header and/or footer.
