Prada Re-Nylon Sustainable Bag Collection use eco-friendly regenerated nylon called ECONYL

Striving toward environmental friendliness, the Prada Re-Nylon Sustainable Bag Collection crafts backpacks from reused materials. And, unlike with many designers, Prada is exposing the entire supply chain of the bags from start to finish. This way, you know for sure where it’s coming from, who made it, and what they made it from. Furthermore, recycled carpet that comes from a factory in Phoenix, Arizona, is an ingredient in these bags. Other materials come from discarded fishing nets in Lake Ossa, Cameroon. This 100% recycled eco-friendly bag collection consists of backpacks, shoulder bag, and belt bags. Made from ECONYL, the regenerated nylon material, and Saffiano leather, the bags also have rubberized patches. There are five different patch styles that each represents a continent.
