Designed with an impact sensor, the HIT Impact wearable tech and app works across multiple activities. It measures the force of an impact instantly, and the companion app records the live data on the graph. On the app, create your own custom profile and customize the threshold level between 0 and 140 Gforce. You get a green light if the impact is far lower, a yellow alert if the impact is near your threshold, and a red alert if it is at or above the threshold. This wearable tech and app don’t recognize concussions. However, they track impacts and gather trends on impact relating to concussion symptoms. With different options, this gadget works for sports that use both hard-shell and soft-shell helmets. Finally, the app records for multiple devices, so you can use the Team Play feature to connect everyone’s wearables to one device.
