XREAL AURA Android XR Glasses: Overview
XREAL AURA is a pair of see-through glasses that runs Android XR. A small computing puck handles the heavy work, so the glasses weigh just 95 g.
- See-through lenses: You see the room directly, not through a camera feed. Five electrochromic dimming levels set how much of your surroundings shows behind the content.
- Large, steady screen: Sony Micro-OLED panels show 1920 x 1200 pixels per eye across a 70° field of view. The X1S coprocessor tracks your head in 3 ms, so windows stay put when you move.
- Gemini built in: Gemini works in any app and answers questions about what you see. You can also control the system by voice.
- Split-compute puck: The Snapdragon Reality Elite chip and 4,455 mAh battery sit in a separate puck. As a result, the glasses stay light for long viewing.
For a big screen and an AI helper you can wear, XREAL AURA is worth a closer look.
